Atrocious customer service.

Showed up right when they opened with an ER referral from the day before. Receptionist was aggressive from the get go harshly telling us they do not accept ER referrals in a tone that clearly indicated we were in the wrong for even stepping inside. We were then haughtily informed that even if they accepted ER referrals the doctor was completely booked and wouldn't see us anyway. No suggestions of what we could do as we searched for help while my wife was rapidly losing vision in one eye.

For an eye doctor they would rather you go blind that inconvenience the front desk staff.

The gatekeepers here don’t care if you’re going blind because “they’re booked weeks out” even if there are only 1 or 2 patients in their antiquated lobby. Emergencies don’t matter to them. The answer is no, no and no. They offered no help. I cannot believe the doctors allow this mistreatment. I hope these “ladies” are never in a position where they need medical help and are turned away. I was in the medical field for many years and the doctors I worked for would never allow their staff to treat people in this manner and never would’ve turned away an emergency. These front desk women must be so miserable because no one is that unpleasant. This entire place needs a makeover, get rid of ALL the ugly!
