I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Mitch and Rick! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I would recommend going to see them.

I had to edit this review from five stars to one. After having this car a year the service and support from Napleton and Nissan were horrible. We have 37,500 miles on the car just out of warranty and had two recalls and now the battery is bad. We asked them to replace the battery and they refused to as it was 1500 miles out of warranty but still within the three years. We asked to talk to the GM at Napleton and he was the rudest person I have ever met. Not only did he lose my business he lost generations of my families business. For a company not to stand behind their product and provide no customer service I would stay as far away as possible.

Brian in finance is great. Super outgoing and easy to talk with. Doesn’t try to push a bunch of junk on you to buy. 10/10 recommend working with him.
