9This place is awesome. They help with birth/death certificates. They help with Wic for pregnant women and children up to 5. And they do some testing and shots too. Great place to go
Everyone coming in and working there is very informed everything I been there they always know everything and it's also good to make a personal appearance but if you don't know what you need yet you can also call the telephone number listed on their website. Thank You - chill
I have attended a couple meetings here and I don't conduct business here otherwise, however, the facility is nice and clean each time I visit. The office staff are always polite and friendly. Definitely a positive experience each time I visit. Thanks so much!
The most crooked place meaning the dfs lies on ur reports. There inside rooms r nasty u can't have 1 clean visit with ur kids it's just plain disgusting
The call system is a joke they need to hire more people rather than kicking them out of queue or not answering all together
Unlike some government agencies this location actually helps without to much red tape. You still have to qualify for whatever you are applying for but it seems this location has more experienced personnel. As she was extremely knowledgeable and helped quickly. Went beyond my immediate needs. I five star this location for the employees that helped me more then once. They are AWESOME!
This place is a joke. They took my kids from my husband and put them in foster care without considering me. It's been 5 months still haven't seen them. Done all they asked still no kids. I filed a complaint with child advocate cause my children are the ones suffering. My advise keep a journal of everything that is what I have done. Good luck if u have problems here
It's so automated. You have to go in or hang on the phone for hours holding in a cue, all calls in the state go to one call center.
