St. James Park reviews
11Such an awesome natural area for grilling, hikes, fishing, exploring, sports, roasting marshmallows, homeschooling, exercising, & more! Scioto lake is just lovely, and the many playgrounds & pavilions are so generously provided Tiger Shark Water Park is always an awesome addition during the warm season too!
It's a peaceful an quiet park, tried fishing today 4/9.not even a bite, guess its still to cool yet.but it is a nice park.
Very beautiful and clean Park. Went there for iron works days. Wasn't big as a couple years ago but still worth the trip
Beauty will save the world (Dostoevsky) and this park helps put and admire good and true in a world that can be dark at times.
I love this park bc I have grown up in this town but the only thing is that the James Foundation no long manages it. The city of st.james does and it is lost so much bc they do not maintain it like the JF did. It is a lovely park but It once was a great park. Oh and if u get the chance as a local how to get to the giants chair, but be careful bc it's a rocky path and u can get hurt if u do not watch ur step.
It's a nice size, but needs updated playground equipment.
City pool is there with several picnic areas.
It's a peaceful place, the city takes good care of it. Now if the city can take care of these damn gumball trees
Peaceful, beautiful a place for kids to play, or for one to fish, walk, or sit and think, just a very nice park
A beautiful park to visit. There is a good walking trail, hiking trails, a lake and geese that love bread, and pavilions to picnic under.
The park also has a swimming pool for the summer, called Tiger Shark Park. It has been updated and looks like a fun place to go.
The only drawback that I see is that they need to update the playground equipment with more modern equipment like a circular slide and jungle gym perhaps.
Beautiful and calm place with neat ways and clean cabins for gathering and a pretty big parking lot. A little bit sad as you have a cemetery on your left.
