Had no problems. Place is well looked after. Glad to have a clean, not hot place to leave our valuables. Worth 15 dollars for the peace of mind. Attendant even pointed out a low tire to us, maybe saved us since we had a long ride home.

Parked and paid, but then change of plans had to leave, NO REFUND, wasn't even parked there five minutes and the attendant recognized me as having just paid him. Its more expensive $20 when other nearby/close parking is $5. Lost my money. Attendant was rude and advised the no refund policy.no matter the reason. Would not recommend.

DO NOT PARK HERE! They lock you out at 5pm. Had to pay $50 extra dollars and wait two hours for them to let me leave.

It is a nice facility. With that being said, I assumed that the cost would be $10. However, when I went to pay, I was charged $15. It seems that every lot nearby was either $5 or $10. As I left the facility, I looked around to see if there was any sign indicating that parking here was $15. There was no sign, or at least none that I could find. The garage seemed to have a very strict closing time, so it is important to be very mindful of that.

If you don't pay the $20 to park in their garage you take the risk of people breaking into your car and the cost of destroying your car is higher. We were not so subtly warned by a parking attendant twice that our car would be broken into. Makes me wonder if they were involved or not. They have cameras all over their building except on the side of the public parking lot.
