Every experience here is shotty.
Either our orders have been wrong or most of the time sides are forgotten.
Not a big complainer and normally a patient person but after continuous careless mistakes I thought I’d share ‍️

Dine-in seems closed almost permanently at this point and the service is slow and unenthusiastic. Not a great location.

I'm not a big fan of the cooking style, and it was frustrating to ace an order in advance only to find doors were locked and we Still had to go through drive thru.

Awful food as well as an awful place to work at. Food is overpriced and very clearly not "organic. " Location in manchester is much better.

Disappointed that the dining room is closed. The app didn’t tell me, in fact it said “come inside”, so I parked only to learn by reading a sign at the door while I watched the drive thru line get longer.

Tried to dine in. Closed. Wasn’t surprised, but would have like a heads up since we were on a time crunch and the drive thru was 10+ cars. This is probably the worst location in St. Louis county and you’ll spend 20 mins in the drive thru on a slow day and your order will NEVER be right.

Wish I could give a 0 star review. The manager “Liz” was extremely disrespectful to me and the kids I was with. The second we walked in she was in our face taking down to us about not wearing a mask. I understand we needed to wear them but she could have done it a lot more politely. Overall bad experience and horrid customer service.

This Bread Co.has not been very busy the times that we have visited. The patio is a nice feature that some of the others lack. There is also a drive-through for convenience. The restaurant is always very clean and the staff is always friendly.

Food is good, but overpriced. Orders are correct maybe 50% of the time (and that's being generous). Always check everything in the bag including opening up wrapped items to make sure they made it to order and didn't forget, say, your turkey on a turkey sandwich (yes that happened). Staff are nice but management is very rude to customers and staff. Turnover seems high (always new faces working). Wait times are insane if it gets slightly busy. Currently at 45 minutes wait time for 4 pastries and a breakfast sandwich, and my name is only halfway up the wait list. Other locations typically aren't as bad as this Wildwood location, but you're still better off going to a different place.

I tried to place an order online and the store was out of oranges and the website wouldn't allow me to place an order for a salad that included mandarin oranges. I was instructed to substitute another ingredient. The online ordering process was glitched, all because of one ingredient. I had to switch to a different store. The entire process was a waste of time. Extremely frustrating. The food is fantastic and I will definitely go back, but probably won't try ordering online again. If you want quick and easy, pick someplace else, or dont be picky about what you want to order online.

If you like paying $10 for a sandwich with a single slice of turkey, this is your spot. I was going to give them a break as I called to complain as this is a joke and they told me they'd give me a free sandwich next time if I just claimed they owed me one (which realistically I'll never do as I'm not going to be that guy), but it seems this location is just bad after seeing the other reviews. Go somewhere else, you're welcome.

Quality and accuracy have gone way down. It's almost a surprise if the order is actually correct. Been ordering delivery for lunch and even the delivery has gone down hill since they started using doordash. Your quality and drivers were awesome just a few months ago. What happened?

I've ordered from this bread co 8 times or so in the past few months, and they never fail to forgot something. One time they gave me broccoli mac n cheese instead of regular mac, multiple times they've forgotten a bagel, baguette side, a cookie, drink, etc. This has happened way too often and all i've been offered has been "oh, come get a cookie the next time you come. " My friend who works at a different location says that it's company policy to mail a free you pick two if there is a missing item of any kind. Have not received an apology for missing items on any occasion.

Great drive-thru and food always prepared well. Manager and associates are pleasant and helpful. I drive farther to pickup from this location vs another store.

I have ordered curbside from here a couple times and usually they bring it out to my car right when I get there. This time, I was sitting outside for twenty minutes after saying I was there, until I finally gave up and went inside. The lady at the front register directed me to the rapid pickup counter when I said how my order was supposed to be brought out to my car. I walked over and saw my order sitting there, my smoothie all melted. I said to the girl standing at the pickup counter how my order was supposed to be brought out. She ignored me and did not say a word. At that point, two other customers came in complaining of the same thing, only to find their food sitting on the counter getting cold. My order was barely warm and smoothie melted as I mentioned. I filled out the survey online requesting someone contact me as I had tipped online before hand and wanted my tip back since they did not bring the food out or be of ANY help. I was never contacted by anyone. I will not be eating from this Bread Co anymore.

We order delivery from here frequently and more often than not our delivery driver is Kent. He is so personable and professional and friendly, we really appreciate him and his positive attitude. Thank you so much Kent!
