St. Louis Bread Co., Sunset Hills MO

This is definitely one of the best Panera's I have visited. I was waited on right away and received my food promptly aa well. The quality of the food was excellent as well.

I have ordered there twice now and each time they are out of bread. How can a place be called St Louis Bread Company and not have bread? ! Ordered three U pick 2 and could not get bread with any of them. You would think when this first happened about 1 month ago, they would of corrected the issue of no bread, but alas they were out again tonight.

Food is always good order for office lunches, however last two orders have been shorted. Today bad 3.89 for tea, no tea other day the chips for the three sandwiches was order no chips.

Charged 22 dollars for one meal for 1 person,
You pick 2 apparently in this location means you literally get billed for 2.

Temperature inside was uncomfortably cold. Staff seemed apathetic at best. Food was very good.

Door dash didn't deliver my order and calling the store to see where my order is, they never answered the phone.

The man taking our order was grumpy. Otherwise service was fast and efficient. We had salads and they were delicious! Sat out on the patio.

A nice place to do some remote work while between locations. I got to try some.new menu items, which were pretty good.

Cashier “Adela” explained the menu very well cuz it was my first time there. Super quick. Strawberry lemon mint drink was super refreshing!

I placed a curbside order and we waited for it like the app says too and 20 minutes go by and they placed our order on the door dash table and no one ever brought it out to us so we had go in an get ourselves when they literally hire people to run food

Very dirty restrooms because of not cleaning.
No hygiene.
If they are selling food they have to also keep clean the place. Not only getting peoples money.

Great experience. Ordering from our table via the app was simple, easy and far more comfortable than standing in line. Food was delicious and filling.

No one taking orders in front. Staff at pick up area were visible, saw us, but no one ever came to take our orders, even after I spoke to one of them. She said nothing and ducked into the back. Decided to eat elsewhere as we figured they did not take their jobs seriously. Might not be safe to eat there. Weird experience.

Waited 35 minutes for order that was wrong and had staff cussing and screwing around loud in the back. Used to be a good store but idk anymore

My sandwich was burnt and soggy, and the cream of chicken and wild rice was watery. It basically had no cream, no chicken, and no wild rice. It’s a waste of money.

Quick visit. Ordered in the line (no one in front of us), waited about 5-10 minutes for the food, and then left. Employees we encountered were nice and the parts of the business we saw were clean. Had no issues and I would visit again.
