Service and food were great! My son and I stopped in so we didn't do hungry shopping, which is always a mistake! The Flatbread was delicious, and we received it quick. My son always goes for the broccoli cheddar soup. Great for a quick bite, and comfort food. Great for different drinks as well. Stop on in!
The food was quite good, and the service was quick and accurate. The Cheddar-broccolli and chicken noodle soups are a match for anyone's, and the sandwiches are tasty. Small downcheck for some dirty tables and no one appeared concerned about cleaning them. Also, no one asked about our satisfaction with the product. I'd go back.
Every time order I never get my complete order. When I call they only give a voucher and no refund for missing items. I can over look it if it was only once and I have over looked it in the past because everyone is human and people make mistakes. But this has happened every time I order lately. This is the first time I have complained but enough is enough. If they are busy you can forget about the order being correct. I haven't experienced this at any other location. Just this one
Had a company meeting there. Internet was fantastic. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The bathrooms could definitely use a little TLC.
Ordered a salad to go and got a dressing container that was 1/3 full and didn't cover the salad. On top of that mac and cheese was only filled half way. So expensive for not even getting a full serving: (
Ordered from this location on 11/29/22 at 6: 15am, online for in cafe pick up, got to location at 6: 28am to pick up and door was locked and no one inside. Called around 7am to see if I could get a refund and no answer, came back by location 7: 30am and they were just opening for the day. Asked about my order and all they said was they canceled any order that came in before they opened. Called this evening to see if it was canceled and the “manager” said she couldn’t look up my order and to call the next day. My questions…is why is your online order system working if no one is even there to make it, and why did I get an email saying my order was ready 10 mins after I placed it, when again no one was there to make it?
The staff is super friendly and always welcoming! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They accidently forgot one of my side baguettes, when I mentioned this they apologized and even gave my daughter a cookie!
Consistently getting bad service, less food, stale food, etc at Thai location. Soups undefined, dozen bagels rock hard and just thrown in the brown bag without even being put in the plastic bag, pick up not ready, etc WILL FOR SURE NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
I love Breadco, when I was working I went very frequently, now not as often. The food and the atmosphere were great as always. The thing that concerned me was the young man taking orders. He was either sleepy, or otherwise unattentive for some reason. He kept messing orders up, even after telling him my order I still didn't get exactly what I ordered.
My son&I went to St. Louis Bread Co.to eat some lunch& the food was so yummy! I highly recommend the Broccoili Cheddar soup!
Rude, a man demonstrated his "superiority" in body posture. Not acceptable behavior in today's USA world. Looking for new Bread Company location.

The website is hit or miss sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Growing tired of the inconsistency with Panera. Tried to call no one picks up. If this company cannot offer consistent delivery or pick up options then get rid of it.
The place was packed around lunchtime on a Sunday. The service was quick. The food was served at the proper temperature. The store was clean and people had options to put several tables together if their party was large.
So I ordered delivery via thier app I was missing a few items, I called the store a few times no one answered so I drove there I went to the counter asked for a manager I could here him yell from the back what! I told him what happened and he tried to argue with me then he tried to give me a bunch of free items. I appreciate him trying to make it right but the customer service is definitely lacking.
Thanks for offering paypal for online ordering. 99% of other locations for fast food do not seem to.
