St. Louis Bread Co. reviews
14I never wanted to come to one of these, but my boss gave me a gift card and it was actually really good.
I’ve never gotten a fully correct order delivered from here, always at least the drink missing. Tonight there was a missing drink and everything I asked to be left off was on the food. Called 3 times but phone just rings until it hangs up on you no one answers for a refund for missing items.
Courteous order takers then you get to the window and your order is never right Never! This last visit the guy hands me half my order and says thanks no receipt and closes the window, I sit there obviously you cannot read my order cause you did not hand me a pizza checking the order in the bag bread instead of apples as requested.he now opens the window with the pizza and says sorry about that Oh yeah after your trying to get rid of me at the drive thru. I asked for my receipt he says I have to get my manager another long wait here comes the manager and a helper trying to get a receipt. I ask if they know what the Motto says at the top of their company receipt? None of them have a clue. Do not come here if you want your order right! Always check everything and be willing to wait and wait for your order to be wrong!
Absolutely beautiful view! The workers were kind and attentive, the food was absolutely delicious
We found this place by accident. It was the best accidental find ever. The whole experience is was awesome. We were greeted with a smile. The server was friendly throughout our time there.
This location does a great job of avoiding and ignoring customers and theres usually at least one kiosk broken.i suggest using the app if ur ordering from here.
Good place to have lunch. Friendly service, think I got the wrong choice in food. But will come back to try breakfast.
Rapid pick up had 15 people in front of me at 2 in the afternoon. Longer wait than a sit down restaurant. Make sure you go in before placing your order.
I love St Louis Bread Company (Panera as they now call it) with all my heart. But nobody can say their cafes have a good atmosphere. However I have never known a food service company where they knock themselves out so hard to go the extra mile to get the food right and they are always incredibly miserable when something goes wrong and drown you in wonderful gift vouchers to say sorry. No one can do better than that.
Always out of ingredients, I don’t understand this. Pick a day any day and they will be out of bread! When they do have bread the service is always good.
Employees at this location need to learn professionalism, how to address customers properly and how to acknowledge customers waiting to order food instead of standing at the counter socializing. Workers also were preparing food in unsanitary conditions ei.caring loaves of uncovered bread by their sides towards the floor, making sandwiches and pressing them against their dirty aprons, hair hanging out, working at the cash register and then abruptly making food items in the kitchen. I returned my items for a refund. I won't be back here.
This store is the worst one in St. Louis. I have never gotten an order right from them in the 6 years I’ve been ordering/going. They promise to fix it and it’s never better. So unfortunate.
No drive thru.downloaded the little ones and walked in to discover Only one M&M Cookie left? Well, I bought it.but, it was expensive enough to have me bake my own at home next time.
The St Louis bread company is always great. I went to the one in Clayton by the esquire movie theater. I ordered the pick two soup and salad. The soup was hot and delicious and the salad was fresh. They are very polite and it doesn't take long to get your food.
