St. Louis Bread Co., Creve Coeur MO

If you go in the morning, do NOT order anything they have to make, do not bother with the drive through, and do NOT order in an app or at the self serve.it will take longer to get your food. If you have to go here, I've learned that you need to go in and order at the bakery. That's the only way to get your food in a timely manner. If you're in a hurry to work, this is not the place to go.

We were screamed at by the attendant at the drive-thru window and told WE were wrong when we had told him our was not correct.

Angie warmly greeted us as we arrived. She is very personable and professional. It was quite apparent that she was genuinely interested in our Panera dining experience. The
Food was piping hot and delicious.

Super slow, out of so many items, manager went to throw trash away and had no gloves, then pulled out a cigarette and smoked it after dealing with trash. Nasty. Also change the name to Panera. It's confusing for travelers looking for local foods

The cashier is a little bit pushy and in your business I found her to be to friendly in your face kinda way

Compared to other Bread Co.locations, this one lacks attention to landscaping and the interior appears to be missing tables with obvious bare spots in the interior dining areas.

Love the tuna salad. Tables needed to be bussed, and the area around the trash cans needed to be cleared. Plates stacked high. I've never been to a bread Co that was so disheveled. I expected much better, especially in this high-end location.

Great experience everytime. Except I asked for my receipt so I could get my points for the visit and she didn't give it to it.

What is consistent about this location is you are sure to go back, so they can correct the mistake they made on your order. Nothing like paying a premium price on food that you end up having to do more leg work than if you just made the sandwich yourself. And forget about customer recovery practices. Most of the time you're treated as though you should be thankful you only had to come back once.

I enjoy the food a lot. Service is pretty good actually better than most Bread company's. Have been frequenting this location for many years!

Panera is my go to when I travel. The food here was solid as ever and the employees very nice but the place was really dirty. Tables and floors were pretty gross. It made me worry about cleanliness in the kitchen. Hope injust caught them on a bad day.

This Panera consistently takes 15-20+ minutes to serve the food. There are other Panera within 10 minutes that can have food out in 5 minutes or less.

Prices very high. Paid almost $10 just for a bowl of soup for my 4 year old. All the tables were dirty, the high chair was dirty and the floor. For charging fine dining cost it would be nice to have the staff cleaning the area to eat instead of standing in the back talking.

Ordered by drive thru, gave me a sandwich has pretty much nothing, called back twice, never anyone to pick up the call. For a wrong item this is way overpriced. Not even at their busy hour. Plus a confusing menu, not ever going to this location again. Thanks for giving someone a bad day

So unhappy with this experience.
I waited in the drive through for 45mins with only 5 cars in front of me. At this point I could not leave as there are cars behind and a wall either side.
When I eventually I got my sandwich it was soggy and inedible. I threw it away as I just couldn’t deal with taking it back.
Sorry will not be back

Laura was so nice and helpful! Even when other customers in the store were rude and inconsiderate, she helped me get my order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
