I like to come in the mornings and grab something to eat while I work a little. Staff in the mornings are always nice and conversational with their regulars.

Drive thru visit but it appeared to have several inside at 6am. So must be doing right things

They’re always out of avocado. Something is always messed up in our order. This time they were out of avocado and they put cheese on our green goddess salad for some reason. The person who ordered it has a dairy allergy and could not eat it. Disappointing especially for the price.

Tried this Panera again tonight. Spent a ridiculous amount on sandwiches for there to barely be any tuna. I worked at a owners in the past so I know it gets a blue scoop on each side.

My service from the cashier was very nice and she was sweet. I did get the wrong order. I asked for a small broccoli soup and got Mac n cheese noodles with I guess soup poured in top. I can't have pasta hurts my stomach badly. My other order for my family was fine. Just mine was messed up.

This is the second time I have ordered a baja chicken bowl and gotten 2 pieces of chicken and a very small bowl at this location. I order this a lot a Panera and this is the only location this happens at.

Food came out quickly and staff seemed nice enough but I didn't directly interact with any of them.

Friendly staff, pretty quick for a big order. Large drive thru. It'd bread co, you know what to expect food quality wise. No complaints

Definitely the worst Panera I’ve been to in awhile. Extremely long wait for food and order was not correct. Will not be coming back.

Belong to the sip club. They have plenty of drinks (green tea, mango& orange charged lemonade, iced coffee, unsweetened tea.) Only one time they were out of the light coffee I wanted.

Worst customer service experience. Employees had a very “not my job” mentality. What was once a really nice establishment is no longer. They might as well go completely automated.

Went in on a sick day to pick a pick two got the order. Totally wrong supervisor was mad at me because they had to order wrong. Then he tells me I’m ignorant because I can’t throw the stuff away and there’s a trashcan right behind him very mature gotta love your management needs an improvement on attitude I pay for the food that gives you your check

I came in at 8: 15 p.m. On 10/10 and ordered one Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt with extra sauce and a Margherita Flatbread using the kiosk. When I went to pick up my order from the counter, I noticed my flatbread didn't have any basil. I went to take the sandwich to my table and came back to ask the young woman behind the pick-up counter if the flatbread should have some basil on it to which the young lady replied, "I forgot. Do you want me to give you some on the side? " She went off to the side and brought me a small amount of basil and sprinkled it on my flatbread. When I got back to my table, my friend said he had no avocado on his Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt and had hardly any sauce it. I went back to the counter and told the young lady and her coworker that the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich didn't have avocado and neither person acknowledged that I said anything, but instead the young lady went to the back, which I had assumed was to go retrieve avocado. She came back a minute later with an avocado that she had to cut open and slice before putting it in a cup and sliding it over to me on the counter.

This service is unacceptable. How are they going to forget one of three ingredients on a flat bread and the avocado on a sandwich with the word "avocado" in the name? I had also tipped $2. Best $2 I've ever spent.

Beware! Don't go inside this cafe unless you want to waste a half hour of your life. 5 workers will just ignore you for 15+ minutes without taking your order. And that's all before you wait forever for your food.

They also forget more than half the time to give you your complete for the take out order. Double check your bag before you leave. When you call and tell them an issue, they don’t care at all. Worst terrible service.

I am not a person to complain. St Louis Bread Co. Is a favorite restaurant to go to eat. However, "Shrink-flation" is real! I will try to post a picture of my 1/2 Nappa Chicken Salad sandwich. It was delicious what I got of it. There was 1 1/2 inches of bread! The chicken salad, after taking out the grapes was only 2 tablespoons! Literally 2 mouthfuls of chicken salad! I get that things are more expensive and we all are just trying to get by, but REALLY.

We have ordered through the drive-thru several times and have been met with sarcasm and rudeness. The food is excellent! But it doesn't make up for the bad service here. If you can't handle your customers asking you questions, find another job where you are not working with customers. I would not usually write a review like this, except it has happened to us several times and to my daughter when she's been through the drive-thru. We'll go elsewhere from now on. There are too many good choices in the area to deal with rudeness from the associates who are being paid to help us.

The kids who work the night shift have no clue what Customer Service or manners in general are.
At the window they don't greet you, smile, ect. They just mumble out your total but only after standing with their back to you, playing around, making you wait until they feel like turning around to do their job. The prices at this location have steadily gone up but the portion sizes have decreased. They always seem to be out of bread bowls and unlike the day shift employees they claim that you have to have the end piece of French baguette bread as your side VS a softer piece. I'm done with these clowns and this establishment.

Went to this location for my wife whom is one day removed from surgery and upon receiving consent for a full regular diet she wanted Panera. I ordered the pick 2 and when I got home and opened her sandwich there was barely any meat on it. I called the store location and was told that they use a measuring tool and that I was just out of luck basically. I am very disturbed by this seeing as they just increased prices again to cushion their blow from rising costs but just say “too bad” to the customer. I will never patronize this business again.

You can’t order delivery wish cash lol weird considering i work hard for my money and don’t want to put my info on the internet to be stolen again.so i am not allowed to order because i want to pay with cash just wanted a soufflé and coffee delivered to my house.never had a company refuse to accept my money.bizarre

I've been a satisfied customer at this location for many years now. Usually early morning or lunchtime. Sometimes I do have to wait a few minutes for a counter person to take the order. I haven't ever had a long wait for service. Restaurants and cafes are shorthanded now folks. Food is always as ordered with good flavor.

As always this Bread Co is a good place to visit. Today I had to purchase several gift cards, and I received great service. The lady who rung up my order was neat and organized. She was friendly and genuinely nice.

Poorly managed. Still cannot get an order right. Every time we have come there has been something wrong with the order. If you go check your order. They probably missed something completely or didn’t include an ingredient.
