The worst breadco I've ever been to.
LAZY LAZY workers.
Dirty and the coffee carafes are usually empty.

Food is good but way too expensive.
Update: sent my friend a coupon: buy 1 sandwich, get 1 half off. But it only works through the APP, as they're trying to get rid of as many employees as they can. Cheap, greedy a$$holes. We left.

I wouldn't give any stars. Tesson ferry breadco has gone downhill. We order because it's so convenient and close but each time the order is wrong. I don't know if it's new managers or the young employees that don't care or what but it isn't worth it anymore. Order tonight was completely wrong. Just random things thrown into the bag no sides or no utensils even though they mark through the receipt like they check it. Lettuce is always brown. Just horrible. Might give the other locations a try but this will be the last for this location. This used to be great but not anymore.and I agree with some reviews below. Service has changed too. Just alot of I don't care attitudes at this location. When you spend any money especially over 50.00 your order should be presentable and correct.

I never write reviews, but since every-time something is wrong with the food, I decided to go for it. Bunch of kids working unsupervised. Previously in my orders; salad would be brown and soggy, or hardly any chicken or no cheese on Frontega Chicken sandwich etc etc.today Again hardly any chicken but my salad contained a plastic (trash) in it

Got my food and my salad was missing chicken. I went back in politely and let them know i was missing chicken on my salad. Simple enough you would think. Instead i was greeted with frustration and attitude. They did not make me a new salad. They grabbed my salad with force grabbed a handful of chicken threw it in salad and literally threw salad back on counter back to me. I am absolutely disgusted with what just happened. This is my worst experience ever at panera. This location is panera bread Kennerly plaza MO

Slower than a snail for a single sandwich.

Door Dash was a mistake and totally bricks up the infrastructure at places like this.

My girlfriend was lied to about not having an ingredient which they did have and it took 20 mins to get our food. Tried to substitute basil for cilantro. Floor was messy with trash.

Food is wonderful, service in expediting area is terrible!
The kid has a less than desirable attitude.
Living close to here I come here 4x's a week.
Will travel to a further location to avoid this restaurant.

Was very good food. Filled us up and a good price. One con with this place was the messy environment the restaurant had. A ton of tables had trash left on them as well as food left over, chairs where also missing from tables.

This location has forgotten food items off of my order on several different occasions, even with a generous tip included. At this point, I rather take my business down the street to the other Panera location on Lindbergh.

I love their french onion soup in a bread bowl. They also have great salads. The cinnamon crunch bagels are so good. I love them.

The food was the same as usual under seasoned.
The worst thing was we didn't get everything that we ordered and because it was takeout we didn't know it until we got home, and it took forever to get our food and the place wasn't even busy.

Do sometimes owners check how much bad reviews they have to theirs restaurants? Be owner not only have it that does mean be responsible for place what you own and check food quality Daily, my suffle was hard like a rock, cold and taste not fresh, cheese was sour, I hope I will not get sick, I couldn't eat it all! Panera went prices up but they don't want keep quality of food. Time call to Panera bread US costumer service and advice everybody because even they buy the name they signed out contact to keep quality the same and they don't.
