St. Louis Bread Co. reviews
14Very crowded with adults sitting at most of the tables on their computers.not eating or drinking. Ridiculous! Where are people supposed to sit who have ordered lunch?
Love the fireplace and all the table options. Seemed slightly short staffed but everyone was super nice. My only issue was no whole milk! Whole milk is so much better for you than the over processed skim and 2% milk plus you need the milk fat to absorb the fat soluble vitamins in the milk. I hope they consider adding this option.
Horrible store! Constantly messing up orders. My company and I order from here a lot of the time and something is ALWAYS messed up. I just paid for food and it's missing items that I paid EXTRA for. Tried calling and like always, no one picks up. You've lost our business as a whole.
This is really Panera and like all of them, the service is extremely mediocre and they will forget half of your order and the sandwiches and salads are super overpriced for how tiny they are. They are basically an enormous piece of bread that somebody hid some filling on somewhere or some sad limp lettuce with stuff on it that is the same size as one that is $2 at most chain restaurants but they want $12 for it at panera. It's just not a good place and it hasn't been for years.
I frequently visit Bread Co at a few different locations around me. This one is consistently the worst. It is very dirty. Empty tables not cleaned while staff are standing behind the counter with no customers waiting. Floor is littered with trash and crumbs. Dirty counters and mugs. Today I pointed out some of the dirt to the staff and they did nothing even though they were standing around talking with no orders to take or fill. The good news is that their food is consistently good and on par with other Bread Co.in the area. So if I order from here I get it to go.
There is nothing I love more than a restaurant with a beautiful bathroom. I also love a bathroom with a good subway tile. This restroom though a little dirty still is a big win for me. Look at the beauty of this floor. If you’re in the first stall, it is a little bit claustrophobic. Even with that, it’s a triumphant experience. The urinal is a little low to the ground, but that is probably for those who are challenged with their vertical height. This bathroom makes me feel rich makes me feel special makes me feel important.
But if you want to feel just as luxurious, special and rich, this is a place for you. FIVE STARS! ️️️️️
I absolutely love St. Louis Bread company they are delicious. I get confused with them and Panera Bread but both are great
Third time I've ordered Baker's Dozen at 830am and when I go to pick up they don't have the order correct. They are OUT of the bagels I ordered. -at 830am! I always end up having to just cancel the order or take whatever they have. Today 4 of my 13 were what I ordered. The substitute bagel is something not even on the website menu. The fix is simple-Just make more bagels on Tuesdays!
Located at the junction of Woodsmill and 141. Crews and staffs super friendly.
All orders made fresh, In love it.
They short you on food everytime. I'll be visiting the Panera out by Chesterfield Airport, they serve actual portions for the price. Then had someone cut in front of me while ordering in drive thru and they complained of their food too.
Ordered a baker's dozen of bagels online at approximately 9: 30 pm, taking the time to specify what flavors of bagels we wanted. Immediately get charged for them on our credit card. Go to pick them up today at 9: 30 after receiving a notice that the order was ready. When I get there, I am told that my order doesn't have what I ordered because " it's been busy and we sold out of what you ordered". Wait a minute, YOU FAILED to satisfy a PAID customer for someone walking in? I get what's left? NO WAY TO TREAT A PAID CUSTOMER. Shouldn't your pre-paid orders come first?
Another once locally owned St. Louis eatery is failing its loyal customers. This is the worst Panera Bread location in St. Louis. Empty tables not cleaned. Floors were filthy. Soda machine messy and sticky. Had to hunt for napkins which only had a few left in the dispenser. I ordered a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup. The bowl was maybe a third full and mostly broth. I took it back and the woman at the counter had the audacity to ask me if I had "drank" out of it before bringing it back to complain. How do you treat your customers like that and still have a job?
My wife and I enjoy coming here every few weeks. We are always greeted by Linda who works the counter. She is always so friendly and happy to serve the customers. We could go to any bread co/ Panera but we come here to see Linda.
She has no idea who we are but she makes my experience enjoyable every time because of kindness, positivity overall well being towards everyone.
Always coming back
We live near this location now, so I am frequently there as a busy Mom of four. They ALWAYS get My order correct in the drive thru where other locations have messed it up. Very friendly staff. I have had no issues with food quality. Highly recommend. I will only go to other locations if I am out and near them. Would prefer to only go to this one.
