8Worst bank ever they just took 640$ from me and didn’t give me the money they atm robbed me I wouldn’t use it or the bank
This location is sooooo slow. Waited 20 minutes in line with no progress before I decided to leave. They have to do better.
I would swear that this location 1) sets its own hours, 2) only has one worker at any given time. Expect to be in line a good 30 + minutes. And I swear the ATM machines are down every weekend. If you find both working at the same time, that's a good say to play the lottery.
There needs to be more people hired for this location. Every time I come I have to wait at least 30-45 minutes in the drive thru. You can only come here on your off days or when you have time to waste. Please hire more people!
Not very professional. No one answers the phones, you will be on hold for at least an hour if you don’t hang up by then. And inside there are people who use their work time to answer personal calls and sit on FaceTime instead of helping the members waiting on the phone they are supposed to be on. Some of them are very rude and have a horrible attitude.
I been with them for many years. They have alway met my needs. Very great bank to be with.
I went to Flower Valley location the Atm stop working while I was depositing cash. The Atm did not return my money nor added it to my avaliable balance. They told me I had to wait till the Atm company comes out to balance the machine but they have no idea when it will happen and I have to wait at least 10 days before they can correct it. They take their time correcting their mistakes. My opinion is that it is a form of stealing. The stores will shut down a drawer immediately to count it down if a transaction gone wrong to make sure the money is correct but not the bank.
Waste of time banking with this company because it's always something wrong I started calling at 1: 25 it's now 3: 10 p.m. And all I keep getting is busy signal how do you get a busy signal on a bank phone
