What a refreshing experience with Dr Bailey and team! Starting at the front desk, very efficient and friendly. Two people greeting because it is a busy place. Both are very friendly. Staff and Dr are very knowledgeable and great listeners. Patient but aware of the time. I felt that the nurse as well as Dr Bailey understood exactly what led me to their care when I quickly briefed my history. In a short amount of time we had a plan, a timeline, and I felt like I was in the right hands. It was even easy to work out the communication between this specialist and my Doctors. Can’t say enough good things!

I like this location for hearing aids because they have knowledgably audiologists. They are not trying to sell hearing aids, but more interested in helping you hear better and enjoy life more. I recommend Dr. Megan at the Kirkwood location.

Sean Bailey, M. D, F. A. C. S.has been treating both my ears for a challenging medical problem showing much success. My last appointment was on time as scheduled without any waiting. Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable in treating medical hearing problems as well as very personable who shows patience in listening to my heating problems.

It took me a lot of time to find your office since there were no signs. Otherwise, service was good and audiologist was knowledgeable and friendly.

This was my first time to this facility. Easy access with plenty of parking. The medical office was on top of it, providing great service while maintaining their schedules.

Very wonderful staff, got me in immediately, let me know what was going on. Only thing Is they forgot to order the antibiotic they want me to take so I had to call back the next day and remind them.

Great doctor and team, Dr Bailey gave me relief for a lifelong problem. I'm grateful for the experience.

Dr Pugliano is amazing. And cares about you and your concerns. And takes his time to make sure you know what is going on with you. I hope he never retires I will definitely be sad.

These people are great! On time, professional, great listeners, sound advice. I felt the care I received was exceptional in all areas. Would recommend highly.

I saw the audiologist (didn't catch her name) and Dr. Pugliano. Both were very informative and answered my questions. I was treated for one of my three symptoms, as the others were to be evaluated by CT Scan. Dr. Pugliano explains the procedure prior to executing it and is very gentle. I recommend him.

Very pleasant staff! I was taken back to see the dr early and he was right in to see me! I was very pleased with my entire visit.

Overall I find this facility to be filled with caring and friendly staff. When my husband was seen for the removal of excess ear wax build up and hearing evaluation everyone treated him with respect and kindness. I would recommend Sound Health Service wholeheartedly.

I was able to get an appointment fast which is hard, the doctor and all the staff were very nice.

I accidently damaged one of my hearing aids just before leaving on a three week vacation and Sound Health Services very quickly programmed a "loaner" hearing aid for me. In the nine years of using Sound Health Services I have always wondefully professional, timely and kind service.
