The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and they each take the time to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly. The group classes are great for any fitness level. I would highly recommend St Louis Gym Centre!
Great service and not a lot of wait for use of the equipment. Wife and I have full membership, so we use everything. Staff and customers are keeping everything clean as always
I go to this gym and I am in Xcel bronze I love my coaches and the other girls there.
The gym is clean, organized, and spread out. It has everything you can imagine to have a great workout. I will definitely come back any time I am in town. Simply amazing!
