Our son’s first ever dentist appointment was a great success. The front office staff was friendly. The doctor and the dental hygienists were thorough and kind and informative and funny too. Our son is 16 months old and he walked away with a smile…and a ballon and some goodies too.

We absolutely love, love, love the staff at St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry! Always a wonderful experience from start to finish! All of the doctors and assistants are so friendly, kind, great with my kiddos, great job at communicating anything that they see during the exam, not forceful, and so patient. Thanks for making us comfortable. Highly recommended!

After getting dental work around the country and abroad, the times my kids were treated here were the best dental experiences we had. The dentists and staff are caring, kind, and efficient.

Our son had his first dental check up and everyone in the clinic made it a very pleasant experience. We really recommend them for anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

The office staff is nice. Lindsey Reed is not very kind & perpetuates health disparities. My son was first seen at the Ladue location November 2022 to be assessed for a pulpotomy. Unfortunately, due to sensory issues he has not been able to withstand the treatment awake and needs to be put to sleep. Lindsey slammed her instruments down out of frustration at this appointment. So my son started the process of being scheduled for surgery. The first time I submitted my surgery paperwork at the Ladue office (the same day it was given to me) it was faxed to their surgery coordinator, and after several weeks of waiting, I found out the paperwork had been misplaced internally. This delayed scheduling. After that matter was resolved my son was put on the calendar for surgery. He was supposed to have his treatment in April 2023, leading up to surgery I was confused about some of the processes (as I had unexpected ER surgery in February) so I kept calling and leaving messages and I was told the surgery coordinator would get back to me which she did not, so the day of the surgery my son was taken off the surgery schedule and no one could explain why. After this incident, I went to another office to try to get treatment for my child, but the cost for the anesthesia was a barrier for treatment at the other office so in July I decided to return here, & give them another chance. Upon my son’s visit 7/28 I mentioned what happened in the past and asked Lindsey why my child was taken off the schedule. She blamed me saying that I had not filled out paperwork, not knowing that it had actually been lost by her staff. She spoke to me rudely, talking about parent responsibilities, not even acknowledging the mishaps of her staff. I audio recorded this entire interaction & I am deciding if I want to make this practice tiktok famous. Lindsey told me “we need to feel comfortable treating him too, because we have notes in our system that you left the office unhappy“. (Of course I left the office unhappy. Based on what’s explained above.) It took me months to regain comfort to return there, only to have the dentist make me even more uncomfortable.

I asked her calmly if she wanted me and my son to leave, since she mentioned possibly feeling uncomfortable treating him. She said no, but continued to be rude. She then told me other families were waiting & I reminded her we wouldn’t be here had her staff kept my sons appointment in April for treatment. The other family was inconvenienced 5 minutes, my son has been inconvenienced at least 3 months. Under state & federal law, I have the right to audio record interactions with others, including medical providers, so I do have audio recording of her behavior & will submit it to the licensing board, as well as my insurance for investigation of fraudulent practices. Why continue to schedule a family that you have no intentions of serving? Billing my insurance & using up benefits? Maybe it needs to be investigated why this office is collecting money for exams and treatment plans, chooses to knock certain kids of their schedule & then says “we need to exams and X-rays to develop an updated treatment plan”.

Dr. Ally was awesome! She was gentle and most importantly no pain. I think I cried more than my four-year-old during his extraction. The entire team exhibits excellent customer service.

We took our 2 year old for her first dentist appointment, and she really liked it! She was a little nervous about the x-ray process, but the staff was all really friendly and supportive! (Of course, getting the surprise at the end was her favorite part.)

Our son had a tooth extraction, root canal and fillings done. The whole staff was amazing from entering the door. They helped us feel comfortable and confident our son was in great hands. Thank you!

First time visitor. The carpet can use some TLC in the waiting area, due to kids lol. But the staff and service were AMAZING. The atmosphere is super kid forward and so nice. Will be recommending and returning!

Avoid this place, My daughter and I had the worst experience, she is an 8-year-old girl and she was afraid of the dentist, they were going to give her a treatment and they put the laughing gas on her, she started crying and the doctor did not spend 5 minutes with her when she said that my daughter did not cooperate and I had to put her under anesthesia to sleep to be able to do the treatment, I went out and they charged me $86 for using the laughing gas for 15 minutes, we had also agreed on a price for the treatment and when I got to my appointment they notified me that the The price went up and it was a different quote, the dentist had no patience with my daughter, the staff is disorganized with prices and quotes, the only thing that matters to this office is money, We went to another dentist and my daughter has already done all her treatment done and it was not necessary to put her under general anesthesia, also the treatment they gave her was completely different, which makes me think that in this office they are going to give your son more treatment than necessary just to charge more

Great place. My only concern is when the dental assistant comes to clean my daughter teeth her long ponytail hangs over and it’s close to her mouth. This is my second time having to ask “can you move your ponytail back”. If it’s too long then it needs to be wrapped up. My daughter said an actual piece of hair got into her mouth.

Everyone that works here is wonderful from the receptionist to the dentists! I can’t say enough good things. The day of our appointment my toddlers were having meltdowns and we could not get out the door. When I called, they happily rescheduled us for later that day and were very kind about it (despite this being 15 minutes before our original appointment). When we got there later, they helped my 3 year old feel comfortable and got him through the cleaning tear-free! They even made my 20 month old comfortable. These people are fantastic!

Always punctual, friendly, thorough, and gentle. They explain everything they’re doing, what she needs, and they already have done their research on what insurance covers and what it doesn’t - which is super helpful!
