St. Louis Pizza & Wings, High Ridge MO

I’ve been a regular here for years, I will no longer order from this location. They seem to blame the guest when they fall short, give a list of excuses and all with an attitude. How do I get attacked, shamed and guilted when I’m the consumer. Hope they can improve on their short comings, the guest may not always be right but blaming the guest does not make them right either.

Never had a bad pizza from here. Toasted ravs and cheesy garlic bread is great too. The wings are good but I just wish there was more sauce. Sometimes they can be a little dry

Excellent service food is perfect, I used to work at a different location a few years ago and the food was always excellent, fresh ingredients prepped everyday.

I had a double cheeseburger from St Louis pizza and wingsyesterday. It was horrible. Fried hard. And when I started eating it bc I was hungry there was hair in my food. Will never eat there again. You need a new cook.

I had such high hopes for this place. But their service is just declining so hard. We get the same pizzas every time and we always put in the comments "light sauce on all pizzas" and I guess they take that as put extra sauce on them all. It's extremely frustrating and almost inedible. They also have an option for double ranch for salads or pizzas but they will only give you 1. Why even have the option to get 2 if you won't honor it.ever. Really hope this place turns around because it used to be so good!

We’ve ordered here every weekend for quite a while now.the service is constantly declining. We got the wrong order and one of the pizzas wasn’t cut so we called back and the lady who previously took our order gave us a credit for what we purchased that night. When going to use said credit the “manager” argued with us for 15 minutes and required us to send back the old receipt even after telling him who took the order and the date.won’t be ordering here anymore. We’ve spent too much money here weekend after weekend to be treated like cheapskates who just want a free meal.

I have been ordering over the phone for years at the High Ridge location. The order taker has always been pleasant. When I pick up my food it is hit and ready to go. The staff has always been friendly!

Best pizza around. Excellent service, fast delivery, quality pizza, and all around great experience. In the years we have ordered from here, we never had a bad experience.

Worst pizza I ever had. The sauce is gross. The tosted ravioli are gross. The wings are gross. The bread is stale. Avoid this place at all costs.
