St. Louis Trolley Tours

I’m so happy I did this tour! It was $30, so don’t be surprised bc the website says $28. I wanted the 10 am tour but for whatever reason I couldn’t pay online through their site. The website states, you can purchase tickets from the Casino gift shop! The gift shop does not open until 11am. The tour guide said we could pay cash or pay credit after the tour. He was extremely nice! Had I have known, I would have paid cash but I just paid afterwards. I did have cash to tip! The guide was funny and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him pointing out all the free things to do in the city. The tour did last 90 minutes. It is well worth the $30. You pick up at the casino and thankfully, I did not have to pay to park. I highly recommend this tour. It really helped me enjoy my short time here.

We hired St. Louis Trolley for our wedding day and it was amazing! The trolley (Emma), had to do multiple pick-ups and drop-offs at different places, which was executed perfectly! The driver was very nice and even offered to take our photo. We also had a getaway car pick us up at the end of the night. Brian was amazing. He was also very nice and offered to take any bags/wedding items to the car for us.

This was my 2nd time on this trolly tour with family. Every time has been enjoyable. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, professional and excellent driver. We all enjoyed our time on the trolly. Definitely recommend it!

The driver was extraordinary in his knowledge of st. Charles, as well as his ability to maneuver through all the narrow streets. I did appreciate that the trolley was air conditioned and very comfortable. I would definitely go on another ride if I am in the area again.

Locally owned and operated! They do so much more than tours! They have busses, trolleys, and carriages! They can do weddings, corporate travel, prom, tours, airport transfers and more!

Knowledgeable Guide and I learned a great deal of information about this grand city.
I would highly recommend this Tour.

We booked STL Trolley for transportation for our wedding party. They are great to work with and respond promptly to any questions!

Giving 1 star due to the fact the air-conditioning was out on our bus. The driver knew about it before the tour started yet continued on the tour- the bus should’ve been taken out of service and a replacement bus been put in its place. It was ridiculously hot riding around St. Louis in 90° heat with the un-air conditioned bus - there were several senior citizens on this tour and you put their health at risk!
Looks like you are yet another company that puts profits over people! Very disappointed and ruined the experience for us.

Your Trolley what ever does not have any Shock absorber at all! The Noice while we were driving over Humbs etc.was so loud, that we almost could nothing hear! Besides that, the Equipment for Wheelchairs etc.was extrem loud shaking all the Time!
Also we didn't come close to the Arche (What I asume, is one of the Major Attractions in SL) nor we got any Informationen about the Arche!
This Tour was unprofessionell! Would not book it again!

Somewhat confusing to find the location to get on the bus (pick up was at Horseshoe Casino & no signage), and A/C didn't work well and it was a very hot day. But, tour guide was great, & got to see some places in St Louis that we hadn't seen yet

The tour started from a casino next to Four Seasons hotel. First, it took us to see Downtown and all government buildings. Then, we went to the forest park which was my favourite. You will see all highlight spots on this route. Finally, we saw other interesting parts of the city. To sum up, this tour is a great introduction to St. Louis for those who want to get to know it.

Really enjoy the tour, going around places and leaning about the city is a nice way to plan your visit.

It was hot but so worth it! Learned ALOT about St Louis and places i need to spend more time. This is a great place to start, if you aren't sure what you want to do in St Louis

What a wonderful tour of St. Louis with a driver who was very knowledgeable and entertaining!

Went on this tour. I can't understand why we didnt go to the arch. The tour guide didnt even bring up the arch until i mentioned it, after seeing a piece of it from a distance blocked by buildings. Then he said something to the effect of, "oh, that thing over there, yeah thats the arch. " The city's biggest attraction and we dont even go past it. What a let down after having my heart set on going to it.

We waited outside of the Hilton Ballpark at their sign waiting for their tour with a group of 20 people only to find out the tours do not run on Monday’s and Tuesday.the sign did not mention this nor did their brochures.waisted our day because of their oversight and they refused to answer their phones
