The Sauna and The WBV (whole body Vibration)
First, let me say if you have back pain the WBV is a great way to loosen the muscles. I did 20/20.20 sauna 20 wbv and loved them both. You are in a single room with both the sauna and the vibration machine, it makes it comfortable and private. Please do be aware of the time as they are usually booked and you need to get dressed and out pretty quickly for them to stay on schedule
The sauna was so comfortable, it had a lounging back piece that no other sauna I have been to has had.
I can't wait to go back.
Highly recommend.
