5Needed a MRI this past weekend. Both the receptionist and the MRI tech were incredibly friendly and kind, especially for 8am on a Saturday morning. The facility was clean and tidy. The procedure itself went smoothly and was greatly aided by the XM Radio that was piped in over headphones to help drown out the noise from the actual machine. Extra points for being given the choice of the channel to be played. I also greatly appreciated the communication from the technician during the procedure. I hope to never need another MRI, but if I do, this would be my first choice for location.
I got a hip injection this morning, and it was a very pleasant experience! The facilities are clean, the front desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable, and they quickly put you at ease. Special shout out to Dustin and Dr. DeMertzis for being patient, professional and fabulous at what you do.
TOTAL DISASTER. We drove from Kansas City to St. Louis for an upright MRI and the entire process was HORRIBLE. When we got the MRI we had to go to 2 completely different places (one for the upright MRI and another for the 'regular' MRI). That wasn't ridiculous but THEY SENT US A MASSIVE BILL 12 MONTHS LATER. Yeah, we got a bill for more than $1,200 for a single MRI 15 MONTHS AFTER THE APPOINTMENT. There was no explanation or detail provided and we had NO WARNING that this bill was coming FOR 15 MONTHS.
Their customer support team MADE THINGS WORSE because they wouldn't talk to me about the bill (for my wife) claiming that HIPAA prohibited them from discussing the bill with me (WHICH IS NONSENSE, HIPAA DOESN'T APPLY TO BILLING DISCUSSIONS).
The short version is DON'T USE ST. LUKE'S IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO. FIND SOMEONE ELSE who actually cares about their patients.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful staff. I can not say how much I appreciate the kindness and patience in your staff. I am going through a lot with my medical right now and to have such kind people working here is such a blessing. Thank you to all of you I spoke with a Crystal on the phone today who was so understanding and helpful. It made my whole day.

I had an evening appointment after work. The parking lot was well lit. They had Starbucks coffee still hot and fresh at 6pm waiting for me. What better way to be greeted after a long fight through rush hour traffic, on a Friday evening, to get to an MRI appointment.hot fresh Starbucks!
I would recommend this place over other places that you may be referred if you have an option. Best of luck!
