St. Luke's Urgent Care - Ladue, St. Louis MO

Do not go here. They will scam you. Avoid this unethical hospital at all costs. I have now spoken with other people who have gone since I have and they have reported the same issue. They will bill you for emergency services instead of urgent care, which is more expensive and there will be likely nothing you can do. AVOID!

This is the worst urgent care ever was waiting for 5 hours and wasn’t seen. The staff is super rude and unprofessional. They only have one doctor on staff and I don’t understand why they keep the schedule open if they can’t manage all the patients. Super unorganized. ST LUKE management please do something about this.

Was one of the few places in town where you could actually get in to be seen, staff was helpful and kind, and I was taken to a room at the time my appointment was set for.

They took good care of me and I am grateful for their service especially Dr Ellzey. She cared about me and listened and spent the time to answer my questions and help set me on a healthier path forward.

Awful. There is only one practitioner here. Was the second person there and left waiting 1-1/2 hours. Staff is rude and non communicative while eating a salad at front desk. There are other better places to go.

The person out front has a horrible attitude. Wait was ridiculous. Only patron here is it’s a last resort.

Worst place ever. I wait with my baby with fever over 100 f degrees and the made me wait for 1 and a half hour. Sht place!

Bad experience and according to others and what I witness they don’t go in order of arrival and it was empty still took 2hours to be seen ridiculous!

Currently have been waiting an hour with terrible stomach pain and vomiting. They did not honor the appointment time at all. The doctor is something else saying i have allergies when i have been throwing up… i dont. There really wasn’t a point in coming here go somewhere else.

This is an urgent care and due to the vast differences in what patients present for, you will not be seen in order of arrival (just like any urgent care or ER). Order of arrival is normal doctor office stuff, not urgent care, so take those other reviews with a grain of salt. Waits can be long due to the nature of peoples' visits (some wounds or illnesses require more attention than others) but the care I got was amazing. Dr. Ellzey and her nurses and techs were all caring and helped me avoid being hospitalized for blood poisoning. I do trust them with my health and would return again if I needed to.

Appointments don't matter and then they call people who arrived after you into a room before you. Might as well go to ER for faster service.

I looked at the reviews and didn't want to go. They all said how rude they were. I had all nice and polite nurses. I would definitely go back.

Great people work here and they care about their patients. Would chose this 10/10 over DePaul.

Becky the receptionist is rude! Dr Barbara Ellsey is terrible and rude! Wish I could give negative stars!

Just tried to get some help with filling out disability paperwork.really rude and dismissive on the phone.
