I really like this store. When I was a kid, they had really cool school supplies and backpacks. Other stores have become more competitive now, but Staples still has some really neat stuff.

I rushed in last minute in a tornado of chaos and papers and emails! I left with everything taken care of, organized and peaceful. Can't thank Anna enough. She was AMAZING!

I came in on a wing and a prayer today. My printer/scanner that I had bought from Staples (3+ years ago) with a 4 year warranty from Square Trade had died. I called Square Trade who gave me a huge run around and told me I would have to have the machine fixed 3 times before they would consider replacing it. The printer sounded like it was chewing up gravel. I knew it wasnt fixable and honestly lugging this massive thing around was not something I could even physically do. So we took the warranty slip and the printer to the store just to see what could be done. Within a few minutes Kyle had my warranty processed and my refund on my card. I found another printer/scanner and am back in business. I was also told they no longer use Square Trade but have a much better company now. All this to say this is actually the second time I have had to do this and I have had amazing service from management in resolving the issue each time. Thanks guys! So appreciated not having to deal with the run around. And it really does pay to buy the warranty when you use an item as much as I do AND actual in person customer service cant be beat.

Building is falling apart. Terrible tech. Service. Little selection.
Tech.service didn’t even know how to order parts or create a work order.

I was in the Sedalia store a few days before Christmas. I was more than satisfied with my experience. Mason is the employee who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and professional. I will definitely shop this store again.

I live quite a ways from Sedalia so I called and asked to see if they had any cash registers on hand in the store that I can buy in store. I live one hour away made that very clear to the people I talk to, wanted one of them to make sure they actually had one and they said yes. I drove an hour and they have none in stock and can’t even order online, what a joke.

Horrible customer service, was struggling to push a overflowing cart of supplies out of store in pouring rain. While a manager was having a team meeting not 4 ft from me with no less than 4 people about customer service.

Was charged $45.99 for a Jabra Talk25 Bluetooth that the sign on the shelf said was $39.99 as well as did the website. The guy upon returning it wouldn't refund the difference because I had a $10 off coupon on a purchase of over $20, said well you got it for less than the price advertised?
Huh. I wanted to pay $29.99 not $39.99. Let alone the fact the register rang up $45.99 which was not reflecting the accurate amount in the first place, Avoid this location if possible.

Terrible customer service. I’m standing at the cash register that was lit on.no employee there, instead of helping me the lady rudely took care of a customer standing around with nothing first at the near by cash register, then instead of calling me up to help she sent me clear across to the printing section. I was holding bins and trash cans.worst employee ever

By far one of the worst business website I have ever try to shop. Not at all user friendly. Just full of insta cart stuff. I don't want that I want to explore staples and search stuff to purchase. I think I'm done and going to start buying from Amazon.

Went in this Sedalia Mo location to make 1 copy. I was told I had to put 5 dollars on a staples card in order to make 1 copy. Unfortunately I had $4.86 on me. I explained to them my situation I even went to my car to see if I could come up with the rest. There was like 1 other customer in the store and I'm sure they knew I was doing all I could to come up with the money. The mgr even told me sorry there was nothing they could do to help me out. Needless to say I'd been there twice before. My first and my last. Karma will run them outta business in good time.

Here was my experience, around 3: 00pm i ordered $65 worth of photo- copy prints with same day pick up selected. I showed up around 5: 00 after driving in from out of town. Unfortunately, due to their after 2: 00 policy I was informed for 85 dollars they could have it ready tonight. Needless to say, the terrible customer service for literally a one click project lead me to a manager who still quoted "you can pick them up tomorrow or pay $85 tonight. " There is a reason this is a dying company. I went up to Walmart bought some ink and printed my project for 25 bucks. This was just an expression of terrible customer services met with rigid corporate policy, expensive prices, and just a bitter experience. They lost a consumer because of this. I wont recommend their services again either.
