The husband and I went to #Starbucks on Hanley and Del. (8023 Dale Ave
Richmond Heights MO) at 11: 35am today. We went there to do a little reading and to get something small to eat and drink. As we were there, Colin was absolutely just amazing. He answered every single question we had, he was very patient with us, he also helped us decide what we wanted to get. My husband talks low and so was I, so he did not hear the whole order. Not his fault at all. We should've spoken up a bit more. Even though he did nothing wrong with our order, he fixed it immediately, he had everything right, except the second bagel. He did not hear the second bagel part, which like I said was not his fault at all! When we informed them, and also realized that it was on us, we told them not to worry about it, but Colin went above and beyond and fixed it. He made us feel like family, and very comfortable. He definitely is the prime example of how service is supposed to be in a restaurant establishment or any business establishment at that! We are definitely going to be going back to this Starbucks all because of Colin and Gus service. ️️️️️️️
Btw for $27.68 you get amazing delicious beverages and food. ️
Stopped by to grab a Monday morning pick me up on my way to work. Greeted right away at the drive through with an enthusiastic good morning. My drink was prepared quickly and came out with a smiling shark sticker - it made me smile. Thanks for my delicious venti blonde vanilla latte.
One of my favorite Starbucks locations in the St. Louis area. I can always count on quick, friendly service and my coffee just as I like it.
I don’t know - there’s something about Starbuck’s $113 billion market cap and their employees asking for tips in the drive through that doesn’t sit well with me.
I would rather see profits posted to brick & mortar employee paychecks than shareholders.
Love the employees and service at this location! Hope they get the pay and benefits they deserve.
Simply amazing! Always great service. They went above and beyond even though they were out of a lot of ingredients and other stuff.
This is the only Starbucks I will go to in the STL metro area anymore. The workers are always nice and personable. They are always fast as well - despite the poor employees always being flooded with way too many orders.
Kind workers but an unexplainable wait in store. Ordered 2 refresher drinks and waited 30 MINUTES!
Horrible experience! I waited to long in the line although I placed a mobile in advance order. It was packed, maybe 30 people in the store but limited baristas (I’m sorry for them!). The drink was so weird and I had to put in the trash and couldn’t even get a refund for it.
Perfect customer service, order was correct, and we enjoyed lounging on the leather couch!
One of my favorite Starbucks in the city. They’re always busy but the staff is super friendly.
I don't care that it's expensive but they grind the beans so fine and make it so strong and so bitter you need a pound of sugar to cut the bitterness but I would say the people that are under 30 years old don't know the difference have no clue what a good cup of coffee is but they like to be trendy that's their story
So glad this team works in my neighborhood. Its great to have a Starbucks that is efficient and happy.
I am super sad and angry about this shop, I do mobile order for drive through, but after I stay on the line for over 30 mins they ask me to park and walk in to the shop to figure out the order. And the order is sit there for 30 mins already. So do not do mobile drive though order for this shop any more.

I just knew that I would have zero issues with Starbucks. Boy was I wrong. My Coffee Frappuccino was missing the syrup that makes it taste sweet. Rather than just not making it, they placed a little note tape to the cup saying. “sorry, out of Pumpkin Syrup. ” So they sent a bitter frap instead, with no hint of sweetness. Not cool. I would have rather them not to send it at all if it wasn’t going to be sweet.
Onto the food. Both sandwiches (Bacon, Gouda, and Egg Sandwich, and Bacon, Cheddar, and Egg Sandwich) were cold, the bread was hard, food had no flavor, couldn’t even finish eating the sandwiches. Worst breakfast experience ever. Threw it all away. The driver was the only highlight of the order. Cordell delivered the order with precision.
Always friendly. We love to take our kitty, Pico, through for a pup-cup. I think we'll start calling it a kitty-cup!
