18The coffee never is as good as other locations and the wait time is horrible. They're main focus is mobile orders. When I go in to order a simple coffee it takes at least 15 minutes to get it. You don't know which person is the manager because none of them take charge or behave as a manager.
Very clean was impress with bathrooms and there COVID-19 aware. Nice people and just sit and visit have a coffee and snack.
Just did drive thru… both coffees ordered were made incorrectly… no flavorings added and watered down! Disgusting waste of $12… thanks Starbucks for ruining my day! On the road so not going to drive back to get remade… buyer beware… taste before you pull away!
Great location another one down street inside the hyvee. Very helpful to avoid the long line wait. As always greeted with a smile quick and curetous

Probably my favorite Starbucks ever to visit when out of town … if nothing else just for the staff. They’ll make your day and make you smile no matter what.
I absolutely HATE this company. The ONLY reason I was there is because my daughter paid for her own crappalatte. I will NEVER give them a penny
If I could give no stars I would but I have to give one to even put a review in. My order is never made right at this location! It's very frustrating and disappointing! This location will be one I avoid from now on. There's better coffee in liberty anyways
It's Starbucks. Usually I'd give it 3 stars, however at this location there is an extremely helpful lady there who is the nicest barista I'd ever met. My mom, my sibling and I usually go early early in the morning on my way to school, and she has always been extremely patient and helpful. Even given us a drink for free when she accidentally made it hot instead of iced. However, besides this 1 employee, it's just a normal branch of Starbucks. Only complaint I have is that you'd want to race to get there early because during rush hours it's packed.
Never had any major issues with the store but I wish the people in the drive through or anyone just handling the register would get better about asking if I have a rewards account. I am just one of those people who always forget about it at the window and they never ask if I would like to scan for rewards so I have missed out on getting "stars" for at least 50 drinks. I could almost have a free merchandise item by now. Dunkin Donuts is really good about it and always ask if I would like to scan for rewards before I even hand them my card so I just wish they would get better about that here.
I had never been to Starbucks and the barista was extremely nice, they helped me find coffee a that I liked. It was a caramel macchiato with extra caramel.
I would just rather make my own homemade coffee, but is nice to get while I'm already out! Jus haven't found my drink yet.
Sunday @ 10a, the drive thru literally had a line around the block waiting to get in. We pulled up to the building. My wife ran in and got whatever it is she drinks in about 5 minutes. Our younger daughter used the restroom and picked out 2 cake pops, one for her and one for her older sister. Good smooth transaction. FYI, I'm not waiting in that line, even if they were giving out $100 bills.
Staff was friendly and nice but their mobile orders are 30 minutes behind when the app tells you to show up: (kinda dampered my Saturday morning
Wow just got my coffee and it was served cold on ice. Why? I definitely ordered a hot one. So now I’m waiting for a new coffee…. Yikes guys this location needs to get their act together
When you pay $6.88 for a drink you want it to be perfect at least the majority of the time. For the past 3 years this location sucks. If you've been to a good location you can immediately spot liberty's issues. Drink are always incorrect or poorly made. I've altogether stopped shopping here. There's an art form to it and this store ain't got it nor do they care.
I basically never go to starbucks but i decided to go there to try something new, and ofc i had no idea what i wanted.but that was no issue because the workers there were all super nice and very helpful and gave me some good suggestions.i could tell that all of the workers got along very well and i just loved all of their energy, and they also referred to me by using they/them bc they didn't know my pronouns which i greatly appreciated. 10/10 will be going there again:)
Starbucks is not the best coffee shop, but it was close to where I'm working this week so I stopped. They are my last resort when there's nowhere else to get my afternoon coffee. They are also slow. Service is much better at other places.
