Starbucks, Kansas City MO

I ordered pick up for the first time & sat in my car in the pick up parking spot for 10 mins, before having to go inside to get my order. I grabbed my drink, and could've taken any others I wanted to, with no one even acknowledging me. To top it all off.or not top it off actually.my drink was missing whipped cream & it didn't taste or look like there was an extra shot. Won't be going back to that location.

I always do drive thru at this location. The guy at the drive thru was a real sweetheart. Drinks are always on point.

Ungodly Amount of Extra Caramel drizzle in my iced caramel macchiatos and I'm good to go! They do it perfect every morning for me.

Stopped by Oct 8 Fri and pleasantly surprised Ryann greeted me by name and knew my regular order. She's done this before too (Grande black coffee in ceramic mug). Decided on a Venti iced unsweetened coffee today and got the free refill. Please give Ryann a pat on the back and a raise ️

I have said this many times, the greatest thing Starbucks does is its consistently the same no matter where you are. It's not the greatest coffee by any means but it is good really good for as large of a company they are. I never hesitate to stop in, and this location is another great one.

This store is rarely open during listed business hours on weekends. On at least five different occasions, I have arrived at the store to find it closed. This has happened during morning, afternoon, and evening hours. If the franchise owner and managers cannot keep the doors open, then corporate should step in and solve the issues.

They are very slow. Not a great location to order from if you plan on going before work. EVEN IF YOU ORDER AHEAD.my order ahead drink and sandwich I ordered 20 min before I arrived, waited another 10 min then had to leave because I would have been late. So I waisted $15

Very disappointed I ordered a venti Pike with milk at the drive thru window they handed it to me and I pulled away and took a sip the coffe was cold. I came back to the window and told them they said if I want a hot fresh cup that would be a five minute wait they knew all along the cup they served me was not fresh and cold but served it anyway. I told them I would pull to the front and come in. I waited 5 minutes and they handed me another cup.
I was shocked that a star bucks would do such a think.

This Starbucks messes up normal menu orders about half the time. Nothing is made to the standards of other Starbucks locations, speaking as someone who has visited Starbucks in 30 states so far.

I have never seen Starbucks service so slow. I waited 30 mins. Which I should have left but already ordered. This is sad, I was recently told by a veteran he refuses to go to Starbucks because they refused to help our troops. Well between both the service and refusing to help our troops that I am done

Had to go back and change my review from two months ago from a one to a five as these past few months this place has stepped up their game and fixed a lot of issues they were having. They seem to have a great staff/management and are fast and friendly for my mobile orders I get everyday. The employees are getting to know customers and greet me every morning which makes me as a customer feel special and appreciated. Well done Antioch Starbucks! Keep up the good work!

The people are great but sometimes when there's a line they get backed up pretty easily. However they have acknowledged it and have it a free drink.

Speedy staff! The only complaint I'd have is how small the parking lot is but that's beyond this store's control ‍️ Love the drive thru feature and I would totally recommend mobile ordering to save yourself some time.

The service here is totally horrible and I can order a drink one day and the next i would order the same thing and it would taste completely different. I have not been super impressed with this location at all.

Hardly ever get the order right and you can't walk in to have them correct it. You'll have to get back in the drive through line.

I don’t know what this store’s circumstances are at times but today they were excessively slow in the drive through. I had some extra time on my way to work so I pulled in and noticed that the same two cars I saw before I turned off of Antioch were still waiting to order so I considered leaving because that’s not a good sign. By the time I finally got to the drive up window it also took them way too long to take my money and I saw my drink all ready. So in the future I will choose somewhere else for my afternoon jolt.

Love this starbucks. Almost always fast. Pretty busy in the morning though, so expect a little wait on weekday mornings.
