12It was not opened at 4 pm when I went up there today. There was not a sign stating why they were closed.
Quick friendly service and the drinks always taste amazing. Wish it was here when I lived in the burg.
Great staff but in my opinion how good the coffee is depends on there order. Im not a big fan of there assortment of teas
Great baristas! They are cordial and make you feel welcomed through out the purchase. Always enjoy going there.
I go to this Starbucks all the time, and I don’t have a single complaint. The baristas are always so kind! I have never felt like I was a burden to any of them. They are extremely efficient in getting orders out to customers. The facility is so clean. I couldn’t say enough good things!
They’re only excepting card right now and i only had cash and they just gave me my drink and i offered to pay cash and they wouldn’t let me. Best Starbucks ever
RUDEST Starbucks I’ve ever encountered in my life. Love the company, was a barista a few years back and loved it. But I can’t wait for the other Starbucks to open in warrensburg so this one looses all of its business.
The coffee quality was great! I didn't like what I got, but you could definitely taste the high quality in the coffee. They had amazing service and were very polite and actually made me laugh. My favorite drink would have to be one of their mocha frappes. They were hella packed though. Line was long, but moved pretty fast.
They were very nice. They got our drinks out within 10 minutes and there were 7 of us ordering. Pretty impressive.
Typically great service but, one specific employee talks bad about the customers in front of them.
While the staff is nice and the drinks and food typical Starbucks, my main complaint is them forgetting your orders. If you order more than just a drink, they will forget the bakery order at least 1/3 of the time. Then it takes a while to actually get ahold of a staff member to remind them that you've been waiting over 15 minutes for your food, and there have been customers who ordered food after you and are already gone. And they don't even apologize for the inconvenience and extra time waiting.
I've lived here for 4 years. This has only been a problem for the past year or so.
Hit or miss.usually the product is pretty good. But the staff can sometimes be really grumpy and angry that you asked for extra things. Even if you do tip. And since this Starbucks is run by the University or affiliated with it in some way, you cannot use your points to purchase anything nor make orders through the app.
