4Just wanna say that Alex was the sweetest barista I’ve ever encountered. And I love her blue hair. But so professional, upbeat, and kind to me and my kids yesterday.
I work at the mall and mobile order a drink here before every shift. It always tastes great, and the staff is friendly. I can’t speak for how well they do with in person orders, since I haven’t done any in a while, but that being said, I highly recommend using the Starbucks mobile app. It’s very easy to use and very well implemented at the restaurant. Just order your drink 5-10 minutes before you get to the kiosk (depending on how busy the mall is), grab the drink, and skip the 15 minute wait.
Purchased a grilled cheese sandwich and waited for over 25 minutes (while multiple customers after myself received their orders) before finally walking away. Notified two separate employees during the 25 minute wait what item I was still waiting on and all they could respond with was “stand behind the green tape while you wait” No explanation as to what was happening with my order-baristas wouldn’t even make eye contact. Giant rip off.
I would give the rating of this store a solid -5 stars. Reason being, store manager named Jessica was extremely rude. Jessica had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful towards me and my group. As a store manager, your job is to simply make sure all customers are happy. Jessica majorly failed to do that and was very impolite. Do you really want someone that disrespectful who treats customers so poorly to represent your store. Didn’t think so.that needs to be changed wether that’s having or talk with Jessica or just firing Jessica, because I can assure you that a rude store manager is the perfect way of how to lose a couple dozens of customers. Not to mention they messed up 4/5 drinks I ordered but I just didn’t wanna deal with someone so negative and impolite like Jessica. I am such a nice person and I don’t deserve to be treated so poorly like this. Congrats on loosing 5 frequent customers. Me and my friends will never ever return to such a unprofessional store like this ever again.
