Amazing staff, and the best Starbucks coffee I've ever had. Easily my new favorite Starbucks location.

I have received the most weird rude customer service on two separate occasions by the big black guy with the little twist hair. The first time I was dining in and notice that there was a gold Christmas cup on the counter I asked him about the Christmas cup he took the cup and put it in a different location behind the counter as if I was going to steal the cup. He also Never answered my question and made me feel uncomfortable. It was Christmas and I wasn’t gonna let him steal my joy. Fast forward to today. I had a problem with my drink. He came to assist the young lady at the window and was extremely rude to me. He should definitely not be the face of Starbucks. He needs more customer training because he’s very mean and rude.

I had been meaning to rate the customer service I received awhile back. There are a set of twins that work at this location and they are so freaking friendly and nice. They seem like they wanted to be there and enjoyed their job. I was having a hard day and their smile and upbeat behavior made my day. Hope the next time I visit there at work. Great job on hiring that duo Starbucks!

Staff are nice. Orders were presented quick. People need to be nice to the flowers in the drive-thru. Clean location (Chippewa).

Brentwood and White has the friendliest staff.
If they are busy the make sure you've been addressed for order pick-up. Even if the app says it will be a long wait they will make sure you're being heard and looked after.

Great store and staff but terrible physical location. Getting in and out can be pretty frustrating, depending on the time of day you go

I specifically drove out of my way to try a new Starbucks location since my last few experiences hadn't been too great. I was so pleasantly surprised with this location! The line was short, the baristas were extremely friendly, and my drink was delicious!

I love a drive thru location but this intersection can be tricky. The entrance & exit or strategic so approach slowly & be patient with other drivers entering & exiting. Parking available to walk in or sit down to enjoy your order as well.

Literally the best Starbucks I’ve been too, i drive out of my way almost daily just to go to this location even tho there is one closer to me.

The vibes in this establishment are immaculate. Someone has managed to break the kitchen door just enough so that whenever it is opened, it sounds like someone has just sharted themselves. Could I ask for a better experience? I think not. I walked in thinking it was kind of rancid in here, but I am walking out a changed man. Never change.

Once upon a starless night, espresso dripped, and rain drizzled. Thence I was, where only I would be, at Starbucks, amongst family. The bright lobby so welcoming and empty of patrons, was the place where my anatomical regression ensued. A customer connection was made! (No-no-no.come on tell the truth). Not one connection but a migration of connections have been made at this small and mighty location. Fore week after week this location is accosted by coffee-mongers galore, coming out of every niche, zip code, and crevice imaginable. Some customers complain about the misexecution of their modified drinks, OH NO *mocking voice supplied*! What the first-world lacks in virtue it makes up in baseless, unkind complaints; it is a directly proportional relationship. I digress.

So on this starless night, faces - three in number - met me in warm recognition. I am a regular by occupation, and my friends/partners/Starbucks employees always exercise themselves on my behalf. They have remembered the litany of my drinks and some have even remembered the seasons I drink them within. What they know of me and the diligence of the new staff to learn my drink preferences is boggling. I say to each and every one of you at this location: THANK YOU!

Seriously, each one of you along with the pleasantries we share - sometimes short, other times long-winded - are a perennial brightness in the life of my wife and I.

A connection has been made with this customer. Not only that! - the connection has been remade and maintained for several years now. There have been times when my modified drinks have not been made properly, SO? !? !? ! Shall I complain against these people, these partners with whom I enjoy such daily parity? May my modified drink be damned before I take up any complaint against the employees at this location. We should all be thankful for what we have access to. We should not be pulverizing to dust the service providers who work to execute our every cupful.

The anatomical regression which I experienced tonight was the regrowth of an umbilical cord to this particular location. How strong the connection is! Starbucks is not my mother. My mother is the person of another, and definitely not Starbucks.

There it is familial progression, and a regression in anatomy. Suffice to say I look forward to my dose of Starbucks almost every day.

Store closed at lunch time for a “staff meeting”. One of the baristas closed the door right when I was walking up and didn’t say anything. I heard someone throwing away the trash tell a customer they were having a meeting.

Still nothing is out front anymore (stir sticks, straws, sweeteners, creamers, cinnamon, etc). Can't add my own half-&-half, have to ask for sugar packets and straws. They can't get it right when I tell them what to add, so it's a waste of time. Ugh.

I'm a new mom to twins and I haven't set foot inside a Starbucks (or any coffee shop) since March 2020 - so you know my desperation to get out of the house was high if I was willing/foolish enough to brave the morning rush. This location has been my regular drive-thru for awhile and I've always been pleased with it. Since I'm up ungodly early anyway, I've decided I may as well take my boys on walks and get some liquid energy in the process. I'm rusty at the whole "going out" thing; I forgot I could use my app to order ahead because I haven't slept in 5 months. I was unbearably awkward in the store, because interacting with people who are able to speak beyond cooing and pterodactyl noises is now novel to me. Navigating a double stroller indoors? I may as well be trying to drive a forklift in the cafe itself. Cars were backed up, mobile orders stacked up, and still I was greeted with warmth and great service even as I desperately tried not to be in the way of other patrons coming and going. I know it's their job. I know I wasn't that big of a deal and wasnt a hassle. But these days, the smallest tasks with two little ones in tow feel almost insurmountable. So thank you, Starbucks crew at Brentwood and White. And thank you to the employee who came over to gush over my son's dinosaur booties (and not to tell me that the stroller was inconveniently located, as i was fearing). This was the best morning I've had in a long time and I can see myself integrating this as part of a normal morning routine - and next time, I'll order ahead.

Yet another poorly made cappacino from a Starbucks. Was def a latte and one with weak foam and wasn't even hot. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately it was drive through so no chance to ask them to correct it.

I am glad that even in a pandemic that they do have a restroom open so that way they are prepared for if a customer walks in an nature calls. For anyone wanting to work at this place, this location is served by Metro's Call-a-Ride. But if we wait until the entire country is vaccinated, some might think the indoor dining is going to be closed permanently and that would never do.

Like other locations it all depends on the team that is working. This particular location does a great job of keeping the line moving quickly but doesn't always listen to the orders so I've experienced mistakes
