Starbucks, St. Louis MO

The employees here are fantastic. Corporate needs to change the way their business works. This store is constantly out of everything and is usually behind on orders sometimes as long as 30 mins. I stopped ordering before work a long time ago and it seems it has never changed. This is likely due to the people like Coward Schultz and others and no one’s fault at this store, I just hope someone from corporate can see this and make the necessary changes. It makes no sense to allow hundreds of orders into the same store at the same time. This location doesn’t have have a drive thru. It literally created a danger zone within a grocery store parking lot where accidents happen all the time. Do better!

Love this place, it's clean and has plenty of space for customers who can easily sit and enjoy coffee and use the internet. I love the vibe of Starbucks compared to others near the st Louis area. Customer service was best. She was not in hurry, and ask for an order with a great smile. I will recommend it to everyone.

This used to be the best starbucks in the st.louis area. A year ago I would've gave them 10 stars. It was my favorite, I usually ordered multiple times a day. The last 6 months or so they've gone downhill. I get the same thing everytime and somehow it comes out tasting different everytime. I'm not sure what changed but the quality is definitely not what it used to be.

I feel drunk from the kindness That the front register worker named Lydia shares with everyone she speaks to. We need more people like her in the world speaking to people. I leave with a full cup of coffee and a full heart to share with others!

Chai tea latte always perfect at this location. Also tried a specialty iced chai that was excellent.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They care more about mobile orders then the customers waiting in the store. I shouldn't have to go up and complain twice about the hot chocolate they some how forgot to make for me. I finished my breakfast and still didn't have my hot chocolate. How hard is it to make a hot chocolate. Not 20 minutes and it was terrible!

Conveniently located across from the hospital and with fantastic baristas.

Only thing that sucked was the non mask wearing locals.

The staff at this Starbucks has their routine down pretty good. I was in there today and my coffee was ready before I even managed to sit down to wait. I usually get my girlfriend a coffee while I'm at it and hers was ready just as quickly.even though they do not have a drive-thru. If you're in a hurry you can go to this Starbucks and get your coffee just as quickly as others with a drive-thru.

I ordered three drink got one of them right away. I took 20 minutes to get the other two. Wow!

This location is requiring employees to enforce a mask mandate upon customers, in a county not requiring masks. Feel sorry for the employees and the patrons.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Ordered a mocha frap and the barista didnt even take time to mix it. I almost kept it bc nobody likes to be a pita but i thought "i just paid $6 and im the only one in the store, shouldnt be too much trouble for a remake". Boy was i wrong. She remade it and she did it perfect but the face, the sneer i got even as i said thank you. If looks could kill. Then Finn, the other employee, w/a super rude tone says "Sir we're closed inside. But you can go sit outside as long as you want". (Its 92⁰) I asked "what time does the inside close? " Finn says "7: 00". I look at my phone its 6: 55. I politely suggested to Finn that another way to phrase that would be "Just a heads up Mr. Customer we close at 7: 00". I would've left at 6: 55 anyway to be courteous but then me exiting courteously wouldnt have offered Finn the opportunity to rudely kick me out. Those 2 employees on staff tonight were the rudest, Low Vibe, unfriendliest, inhospitable green aprons i've ever had the displeasure of encountering. Terrible brand ambassadors for Starbucks. Will def pass this location up from now on.

Great experience, I just started keto they were very helpful and friendly helping me find a drink That fit my need.

Nice spacious location with room to sit and work or socialize. Employees were friendly, coffee was delicious (Pike's Peak), and two small coffees came out to just under $5.00. Shame we couldn't stay, because it had a great atmosphere for hanging out. Recommended for your next coffee fix!

We waited 15 minutes for two cold drinks. The barista made multiple mobile orders and left our drinks sitting even though we were about the only people in the store. Very frustrating!

A great starbucks but I would not go to this one during the week day in the mornings. You will get stuck behind massive orders from workers. Fair warning. Nice starbucks spot though. I would 100% do mobile orders next time.
