This location is definitely one to avoid because of how poorly designed the drive thru is. To make matters even worse, there was a really old person out with an iPad trying to take orders but obviously did not understand how the technology worked. Instead of expediting, he caused the line to move more slowly and it was just frustrating not being able to give the menu board a quick glance and have my order taken properly. The person taking the order did not know how to add the instruction of having the drink made with almond milk–which I would think would be a basic function. I feel sorry for someone that has to work who is of an age where they should be enjoying retirement. Shame on this store's management for sending someone out to slow the line without properly training the person. The drive thru is very congested because it is connected to a Panera. 7 Brew Coffee is less than a ½ mile away.
I wish I had another location closer to my house. This location is consistently horrible. Went today and we ordered the new pineapple passion fruit frozen lemonade and a pink drink. We received an original pineapple passion fruit refresher and when we said we ordered the frozen one she argued with us and said we didn’t but she could remake it for us. We’d already waited in the drive through 10 minutes we weren’t waiting longer. Then my venti pink drink is completely watered down for some reason and doesn’t have any strawberries in it. 10 minutes in line and over $11 later and our drink stop was a huge disappointment.
Awesome job on a busy Sunday morning. This is the fastest service I've seen from any Starbucks.
I understand the restaurants get busy but there was also a lack of accountability. I mobile ordered a drink and sat and waited in the store for almost 30 minutes. They had misplaced my drink and when they gave it to me it was watered down and lukewarm. The woman behind the counter did not apologize or offer to remake my drink. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I left but I was really disappointed and annoyed by the whole thing.
My sister and I ordered inside one after another. Her americano was finished 15 minutes before my matcha. Between our orders the same Batista made about 8 drinks (lost count). Appeared to be mostly mobile orders.
Starbucks, you need to cater to your customers that are here, now. Inside should also be prioritized over the drive thru or mobile.
Will not be back to this or any location that obviously does this
Staff is rude and specially on the pickup window. The lady Sabrina was very aggressive when I told her the coffee is cold. Will never visit this location again.
The employees are a well oiled machine and so nice even with being swamped in the morning. Love this location!
I use the drive thru everytime at this location. It's a short wait and the drinks are delicious. Very friendly staff in the drive thru.
Visited on a busy day with long drive-thru line but they always win me back with friendly personal service and great tasting product. Got a venti nonfat hot mocha and banana bread
I love this location. The lines are usually long but they're really quick moving. I sometimes order on the app and have to go inside to pick it up, so parking is tough but otherwise this is my favorite location.
It's a Starbucks. The inside is the same as all Starbucks. So is the coffee. Service was a little off the day I was there.
I don't drink coffee but needed some help with gift cards. Jacqueline knew exactly what to do and hooked me up super quick. Shout out to her for being very kind and super helpful!
First of all the manager is perfect. All staff is perfect. Other than the occasional supply shortage of Java chips, due only to popular demand, no fault of the stores. ALEX is a keeper. Positivity, kind, good employee. Makes a difference. Keep up the A+ work yall.
I have lived in the st charles area for awhile & i get treated so well by the baristas at this location. Jade in particular is so sweet! She remembered who i was after not coming in for awhile! So sweet. Drinks are made well too!
I love to visit again, but I feel like the drinks are downgrading each visit. Some day, the drink will taste amazing; someday, the drink will taste watered down.
The drive thru at this place can get kind of crazy which also makes parking a mess. Other than that it is a nice Starbucks to get your caffeine fix
The staff is always friendly. They are always busy but get orders done quickly and accurately. The drive thru is really the only issue as it blocks the parking lot as well as the exits and entrances at times.
