12UPDATE: Remodeled and reopened in Sept. 2023. All seating was removed, both inside and outside. Now a sad Starbucks with no seats, no restrooms, no inside menu board or display case, and no merchandise, such as mugs. Other than waiting on your order, they apparently don't want anyone hanging around.
Newly remodeled Starbucks equals they don't actually want any customers. There is now zero seating and no bathrooms at this location. Thanks for the reminder of what's most important to you, corporate giant.the almighty $. And, thanks for the reminder that I never want to solicit another Starbucks ever.
Food is hot and fast, drinks are top quality, and staff is kind! No seating or bathroom as this particular store is focused on FAST "to-go" stuff.
Horrible concept for a Starbucks, no seating, no bathrooms, nothing. Cold unfriendly location (staff were great).
We were on the drive thru window after waiting in behind the car lines for about 10minutes, then she said very cheerfully, what do you want to "add on", I was like what add on? She said we missed the ordering booth that was back there, and now the only thing she can take is "add on" order.or else we have to go around the starbucks and stay in behind all the cars again and start again. So we just drove through never going back to Star bucks again because it hurt the feelings.
I am writing this review after almost a month today because I can't just let it go.it happed on May 27th (Saturday) around 4-5 pm. I know they want the drive thru to go faster by customer ordering before arriving at the window to pay, but if someone doing it for the first time miss it then the who ever heartless person standing on that window should take the order and give me my coffee and move on with it not tell us to back and start in the line again. I would have properly done it next time.
These people are really kind and nice I go in here everyday after or before work or twice a day. I do the app and by the time I’m there they have it in the works or at the mobile spot.
Some of these reviews don’t understand that people don’t like working anymore and I always see the same amazing faces everyday. There are probably exhausted for working all the time so say thank you and love on.
The most dirty toilet. Boxes are everywhere. No chips. The cafe is very dirty. Aggressive music.
We had the BEST experience at this Starbucks.we had a bridal party of 10 and tried to order ahead but it didn’t work. We went in with 10 different and complicated drink orders. Bunny and her crew were so kind, so patient, and got our order done so quick and 100% accurate. They didn’t make us feel like a burden and made it literally the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. They deserve the best
The girl would not take my 50 because they “only take bills under 20”. I run a restaurant and if you have change in your drawers to break a few 20s you sure can break a 50. I did not bring my card with me today and was trying to reload my card on my app with cash. Also they were out of cold brew coffee at NINE AM! Pathetic.
The morning crew, the drinks are always, always right on point. But the afternoon crew, idk what it is, and I've tried several times, but the drinks are never the same. Too much milk always takes away from the coffee or tea. It's like they're watered down. Too weak and milky. I just wished it would be the same as the morning crew. Lesson learned, don't go in the afternoon.
The Cafe portion was closed with no warning or explanation the employee wasn't apologetic and i would not have known at all if they weren't sitting outside having a break, ridiculous attitude, for a die hard Starbucks customer who has gotten Starbucks since 2000 I am completely disappointed and frustrated if the was an option for no star at all it's what I would have given them
