Coffee is a little bit costly but it is very much worth it I have had a lot of experience with Coffee shops and I liked this one.

I visited the Butler Hill location on 11/19 in the afternoon. The attendant in the drive-thru had the best attitude and was so kind.

Best Starbucks in South County. Great vibes from staff, good drinks and food. Hands down they make the best pink drink in town. Shout out to Llena! She is one of the best! Always a great experience with her!

This is THE BEST Starbucks in the area! I am 22 and go to Starbucks an embarrassing amount so I have probably been to like 50 different locations lol but this is one of my favorite ones I have ever been to. Everyone who works here is SO kind! I never write reviews on chain restaurants but I needed to for this location just to give them some praise. They have also NEVER messed up my order!

The morning baristas are all amazing, super nice, and are always so friendly! Definitely one of if not the best drive thru in the area!

This is my favorite place to go every morning! The baristas are literally angels! The line moves faster then chickfila! If you know, you know! Everyone is always so sweet & the drinks are always perfect! Starbucks, give all these employees raises!

My drinks have been decent when visiting. Not a fan of the lot situation or the fact it’s just a drive thru only but I guess Starbucks is setting away from having the “ second home “ experience. If you’re looking for a spot to just grab coffee with little interaction with people this would be the spot.

My girlfriend went in the morning. She asked for more foam on her drink and they insisted they remake it. The girl came up to the window took her name tag off and handed her the drink. It tasted like how my cat’s litter smells after he pees in it. They put something in her drink or did something to it. Keep your morning crew in check. I worked at Starbucks for three years. A drink has never just tasted that bad.

This isn't about the coffee. Whoever planned this lot is incompetent. You have to drive into oncoming traffic to get to this parking lot. It makes you go directly into a exit to a gas station. Meaning if someone is exiting that gas station, people have to wait in the street till they can turn causing traffic passed the highway. The surrounding neighborhoods are currently passing a petition around to have this location moved or closed till they figure out how to not impede traffic. We have police reports from cars getting hit there.

They’re always very consistent on the quality of their drinks (best chai’s of any Starbucks in SoCo) and the staff is very friendly. Only downside is their drive thru configuration…not the easiest to navigate.

The fact that they close at 7: 30pm is absurd. Many people would like a coffee or special drink way past 7: 30. This closing time needs to be reviewed and set for a later time such as 9: 00 pm.

My bank blocked usage on my card, and the man at the window gave me my drinks for free! By far the best First Mothers Day gift ever! Need more kind people in the world

We visited the Starbucks in St Louis at 4319 Butler Hill Rd, St Louis MO, near Hwy 55. We ended up spilling almost an entire large cappuccino in our vehicle. Totally our fault. It was a sticky mess! We went to ask for napkins and instead they gave us wet and dry wash clothes to use. When we returned the wash clothes, they had prepared a replacement cappuccino at no charge! We want to express sincere appreciation for the amazing customer service! Thank you, Starbucks!

I went in on a Sunday night to check order for my sister. She told me to surprise her, and I didn’t know what she wanted. The girls did such a wonderful job. Y’all made my experience great, and my sister loved her drink. Thanks!

The staff here is so nice! They are always fast and efficient, the service is great i love coming through here in the mornings before work everyone is just so friendly and i always have a great experience here.for sure my favorite starbucks in the area.

Grabbed a cold brew with sweet cream and some kale & mushroom egg bites on my way to work and this place definitely gave me food poisoning. Just opened and already will never go to this location again.
