Starbucks, St Joseph MO

You need to wipe down your lobby. The tables and chairs are dirty from yesterday. I come in here almost everyday and the chairs closest to the counter have the same filth on them as they did yesterday. CLEAN YOUR LOBBY PEOPLES! EDIT: Nov, 27 9: 30am, 5 of the available tables in the lobby are dirty and the trash can outside in front of the doors is overflowing and there is trash on the ground.they are not very busy and 2 of the employees were doing nothing.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order one coffee. I get it’s busy and baristas need time to help everyone but how long does it take to get to hat you need and go.

Always friendly. Always amazing. Love seeing the morning crew jamming out with us and our music before we head to work. Recommended 10,000%.

Drinks were slow, but that might have been due to it being the release day of holiday drinks. They seemed to focus more on the drive thru rather than store orders.

Very slow, set my drink down didn't call my name. Said out of whipping cream for top.

I went there they gave me the wrong coffee then I went inside and said they gave me the wrong coffee and the dude and women said they can’t do anything about it and was really rude I don’t recommend that Starbucks there a joke

Staff were friendly and efficient and our order was completed accurately. There were open boxes covering nearly all the floor space in the store with all staff behind the counter. We had to walk around and I personal kicked boxes and items out of the path so my elderly parents would not trip. There was a ripped opened bag of coffee on a high top table with coffee beans spilled on the table. When I went back inside to use the restroom, I had to walk around a staff member and boxes in the normal pathway (basically the exit pathway). The walkways were very unsafe.

My husband, daughter and I stopped here a few days ago to get a quick drink after a walk. My daughter uses the app all the time so no issues with that and our orders were made quickly. However, when I approached the counter in person, to ask if I could get some water added to my refresher the 3 service reps just ignored me! They all three had headsets on and were waiting on the drive-up like that was priority. I finally went into the restroom to add water to my drink, yes the restroom! This is unacceptable. I guess I am too old to wait on or maybe they cannot add water to a drink. After I got my own water, two other ladies came in and they were waited on immediately at the counter. In-person, face-to-face customer service counts! All they had to do was at least acknowledge me and state they would be with me as soon as possible. They would not even respond to me at the counter. I will NOT be back!

Facility is clean. Service friendly enough. It's not clear to the infrequent customer the protocol for collecting their order after it is prepared. Your drinks and food are placed in a designated area, and you just pick it up. I don't know if they called my name or not because I had to duck into the restroom. Bathrooms are clean enough. There are no paper towels. I would not go out of my way to go here again. Starbucks isn't my favorite but for a number of reasons, it's what worked out. The sandwiches are very small and can scarcely be called filling. I would have enjoyed a Burger King croissan'wich just as much for cheaper

Great staff, super friendly and hard-working! We came in during a rush and every employee was working hard and they all had an amazing attitude/demeanor. The girl working the cash register was very chatty and recommended several things for us to try.

This is my go to coffee shop. There’s usually a long line, but it’s worth the wait. Sara, the manager is so sweet as well as the rest of their staff!

Worst drive through ever. Won’t do it again! “ coz we are busy and short staffed “. My Drive through Line wait time for one cafe latte was 5.20 - 5.43 pm. Goodbye

I come here everyday to get the same thing and it tastes different every single time.why can’t these employees just read the label and follow the instructions to make my drink?

Love the atmosphere and friendly staff. The drinks are made well but a while. The food is your standard Starbucks fare and just OK.

Super upset. Went to get a drink and went to pay for it. Handed the girl who was spaced out looking around my money she grabbed it and then let it go. So my money went flying accross the parking lot the girl is laughing saying how did that happen hahaha. So i had to drive off and chase my money down then go back sit in line again which i could of went in. But waited. Told them i was upset cus the girl working the window was in lala land not paying attention and it made me mad her laughing like me losing money is funny to her

Ordered on line and they couldn't find it. Showed them the receipt and what I ordered and they still got it wrong! No apologies at all!

I understand drive through is important, but when customers are standing in the store, make them your priority. I have now been in this store 20 minutes waiting for 3 coffees & 1 egg bite. Unnecessary to wait that long. Just passing through, so hopefully the next one will be better.
