Starbucks, Platte City MO

The Platte City, Mo location inside Price Chopper is never open! They are supposed to open at 7. I’ve gone in there twice now, not open! 8: 37 am on Sunday closed! 7: 30 am on a Thursday closed! Get it together Starbucks, change the hours or close!

I ordered a peppermint mocha Frappuccino & received it iced instead; also disappointed they opened late.

The short black haired female (Alex) has the worst customer service. Always has a very horrible attitude and makes for a very unwelcoming visit. Gedwin and Helen are very nice, though.

The young lady working at the cashier doesn’t know that a Venti Iced Americano is 4 shots, she insisted it’s 3 shots, even when I told her I’ve been getting this drink for more than 10 years.

Expensive hipster food but good coffee. Got scolded by one of the girls for using the cash back option without asking permission first but her friend made good cold brew.

I usually only go here once or twice a year. But when I want a really good London Fog, Starbucks can't be beat. This location is usually pretty fast too. The batista was super nice.

This location is just frustrating. The staff is not trained and never know what is the drinks I’m ordering. They over charge for syrups and always out of food. Platte city deserves a better coffee spot.

If the oven isn’t broken then they’re out or cups, and if the oven works and they have cups the truck didn’t come and they don’t have half the menu. Consistently a negative experience.

I can’t in good conscience spend any more money at this absolute joke of a store - first they don’t have any cream cheese for the bagel, then they don’t have the sandwich I ask for, so I’m asked what my third choice is.

Why not actually remove the things you’re out of from the display case so we don’t have to play this little guessing game where I try to figure out which three products you actually have in stock? Why and how is this specific location so terrible? Please, somebody tell me.
