Starbucks, Kansas City MO

I normally order the green tea latte but I tried the seasonal pumpkin spice frappuccino. My drink was sweet and delicious! Pumpkin spice in anything never disappoints. The service and wait time was quick. I highly recommend Starbucks coffee.

After shopping we were walking by the cup stand and saw one we wanted. We went to purchase the cup and was not greeted by the staff. They (boy and girl) were too busy talking about what colleges they were considering. When finally noticed, I was asked what can they get for me. I said just the cup, the girl said let me see the bottom and then proceeded to just talk to the boy again as if they didn't have a line starting to form. I didn't get my receipt at this point because it was taking a little while and they were too busy gabbing about their lives. For customer service alone, this was a sad failure.

The powder desserts drinks are good. Regular coffee is awfull. Taste burnt. Great for sweet treats still. I experience mostly rude workers. I prefure down to earth coffee shops. Were they treat you like a person. I have had nice servers. As my BFF takes us there sometimes. I do not find it family friendly. To each there own.

Cashiers was on his phone while I waited to put my order in, then didn’t even say anything to me just looked at me. Didn’t offer me a receipt. Then when giving me my beverage didn’t say anything just sat it down and walked away with an attitude. Normally I have a good experience here but this was horrible.
