I wish I could say 0 stars. Closed 45 mins early and couldn’t make a Frappuccino but gave no explanation on why

The worst Starbucks ever. They ALWAYS put coffee in my white hot chocolate, which I do not ask for. I even specifically said no coffee and still got it. They are have been out of white hot chocolate for days now. Who does their ordering? Out of four trips, I got what I ordered once.
