Starbucks, Sullivan MO

I go very often to this location. Most of the time I have very good experiences. I have to shout out to Faith (barista) she is by far the most personable and friendliest. She remembers first names of regulars, along with making my drink correctly anytime she has made mine. I think she is MVP there! Thank you for being awesome!

Unfortunately, the staff says they can't function with "only" four of them. They would not take orders inside, only in the drive-thru. I've been in other busier coffee places that do their jobs with 2 or 3 staff quickly and efficiently (including other Starbucks). If you're traveling or in a hurry, don't stop here. Drink was fine; it just took forever.

Worst starbucks service ever, truly disappointed, staff was rude. I'm sorry you hate your job, but that's not my fault. They made drinks wrong and were reusing dirty dishes.

The employees are ALWAYS friendly and go above and beyond to be nice and accommodating if they're out of something. I love this Starbucks. Keep up the good work.

Long wait inside. Terrible location, several parking spots are congested by drive thru. In all, bad location, bad parking, slow service inside.

Was in getting a tea and the girl I believe her name is Selena. She did amazing Was super polite and I couldn’t of asked for better service on a holiday weekend.

I always come here & they're very (Emphasize on the very) friendly and nice! Today I got my online order and they wrote "you're the best! " On the cup! I've had a rough week & something small like that, definitely impacted my day. I appreciate all the staff members that work there. They're literally the best!:)

I was wondering if the store hours will be adjusted for summer? I have a book group wanting to meet twice a month but we’re hoping you guys would stay open til at least 8, like rolla. Just wondering if that will ever be a thing!

Line for the drive thru literally wrapped around the store, very slow service. Clearly something needs to be adjusted to help staff

Differently decorated than most Starbucks! It was sleek & comfy- great atmosphere. It was quite busy & they got our drinks done quickly. Baristas were friendly.

Passing through going home stopped in for cold brew pumpkin cream cold foam add pumpkin sauce & line the cup caramel and it’s the best one I’ve had in so long. Great at making the cold foam just right (more like Dutch bros and not as “foam like” all around amazing would have took a picture sooner but my god was it good LOL

Not a lot of options since they got rid of all their sugar free syrups and now only offer sugar free vanilla. Go to Just Delicious, they offer a lot more sugar free flavors!

The staff are always super friendly and amazing. I use the app to order ahead and never have to wait in long lines. I feel for the employees because they are usually busy and seem to always be running out of supplies. The last three times I have been here, they were out of key items such as blond espresso, espresso beans, and even milk. If you go, remember that the person making your order is most likely not the one that is responsible for the shortcomings.

Excellent coffee & breakfast, fast service, they got me well caffeinated before getting on the road again.

Drink tasted great, but I was expecting to pay less than I do by Chicago, but to my surprise, it had cost more! How is this possible?
