17Nothing like a Chai latte to stay warm, with a ham and Swiss Baggett. My only complaint is price.
They make good drinks but the wait is always longer than others and they ALWAYS turn off the order ahead option! I'm often driving to another job amd can't wait 20 mins in store. This is why I need to order ahead. This store has it turned off 10 times more often than other locations.
It was a typical Starbucks. I went to the drive-thru and used the app and the girl made the drink the right way the first time. She looked so young. She could have been 16 or less
I’m like 95% sure the baristas are supposed to know the drink menu/options. I asked for something low cal and hot, and was told she couldn’t help me, she didn’t know the low calorie menu. Don’t get me wrong, I could have looked it up prior to me going and that’s cool, but at 8 dollars for a drink I think it’s reasonable to be able to ask a question or two. I don’t go to Starbucks much, I don’t always know how to order here, but other locations have been super helpful in the few times I’ve went. Not here. I will pass on this location next time for sure. Disappointing.
The last couple of times I’ve came here, I’ve asked for no ice in my drink. My drink is filled with ice every time I specifically say “no ice”. It’s frustrating when I’m paying $6 and some change for a drink!
I get a large pink drink with vanilla cold foam added every time I come and they normally make it great, but for a couple weeks now I get it and it’s either sour or has no cold foam or like today had literally no juice all it tasted like was water even with the cream at the top and as you can tell from the photo none of it would mix because we’ll it’s just water strawberry’s and sweet cream foam.
The partners here are EXTREMELY HARDWORKING. Behind closed doors, the manager, Josh, is pretty repulsive and makes the employees uncomfortable. I applaud the impeccable staff that go above and beyond for their customers and each other!

Love their pink drink, green teas, and egg bites. Yes bit pricey, but it's a treat for myself. And my doggo loves the pup cup!
Overall the coffee is great! But if you have somewhere to be do not go here. I have been in the drive thru line for 40 minutes getting my grandma a coffee for her birthday. They aren’t always slow! But they are short staffed and that can be very stressful.
I’m so sad to post this but I felt like if anyone is curious about this location they need to know. So the other day was my mom’s 45th birthday and she was upset because she was not able to stop by Starbucks and get a birthday drink due to the responsibility of being a mother of 4 children. She went in today to see if maybe they would let her get her free drink, which she looks forward to every year, and the lady at the register just smiled at her and said “No”… that’s it, and in the most sarcastic tone. I’m definitely not someone who typically complains, but this is so ridiculous and rude. She did not deserve that. We will most likely not be back at this Starbucks location.
Wanted 30 oz iced latte, I had to get just an iced coffee because they don't know how to make a 30 Oz iced latte
I find it confusing that the mobile orders placed after mine were ready before mine. Waited 20 mind for the mobile order.
Friday was the SECOND time that I've stopped at this Starbucks and it was closed around 3: 30/4pm when it should have been open.
We just went to this Starbucks, FESTUS! Worst Starbucks we have ever been too. Workers seemed to have no urgency at. When we asked for management, the girl said none at store. We asked for regional name and phone number. She literally said I don't know him personally. What? She didn't apologize only excuses. Extremely long wait time. Y'all better fix this!
They were so nice and I had a great chat with the front barista about traveling! I'll definitely be headed in there again next time I'm headed through Missouri.
Staff was super friendly and quick service. Shout-out to the drive-thru worker who recognized my D&D sticker! You rock!
The wait was longer than usual for the walk in, the drive-through was backed up by 10 or more cars with multiple orders in some, and that effected the walk ins. There is good outdoor seating with umbrellas and plenty of room inside. It is clean and the people working at this Starbucks were friendly and helpful.
