Everyone here is always so sweet and helpful and their inventory is huge!

This was my first time at this location, and it was just amazing! I normally use the other location in Springfield. Everything here was very well organized, stocked and the gentleman working was very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning!

I can always find the supplies I need and can get in and out wiite quickly!

I have always loved this store and the staff has always been very nice and helpful but on 3/21 & 3/22 which was yesterday and today there was a man working and he was very rude and treated me like I was less than for some reason. As I was looking around for stuff he never offered to help but when I did ask him for assistance he seemed to just point me in a direction and said IF WE HAVE IT IT SHOULD BE THERE. Well I didn't find what I was looking for and after purchasing what I had I noticed a clearance sale and decided to check it out. While looking through it I dropped a box of acrylic nails which scattered and said SHOOT well he eventually came back and was standing over me watching and I looked up and said YES? He replied with I just came back to help and he still stood over me as I continued to pickup the acrylic nails and when I had them all gathered up he then takes them out of my hands and ask if I'm planning on purchasing them and I said no and ge walked away with them. It was very rude all around and to have had to dealt with the same bad attitude for two days in a row was terrible so I guess it's back to Cos Mo or SSG.

I have always loved getting my supplies here but the guy who works on Saturday is never in a good mood & is not helpful when I ask for advice! Just wish that you would put someone helpful & cheerful on Saturdays.
