Stephens Pharmacy, Bolivar MO

Honestly a smile goes a long way, not one smile at all from the girl at the drive through. She acted as if we were a bother. Well let me say to her, we just spent the day at the cancer center with my mom so when you are in a customer relations position, you smile when you don’t feel like it. You don’t know what kind of day the person on the other side of the window has had. This was our first time at your pharmacy, not a good first impression.

This is the second review I have wrote about Stephen's. I really can't say enough good about this pharmacy. Again, I found myself in a panic to get the medication for my son prior to closing time. We didn't leave the walkin clinic until about 10 minutes to six. The Nurse Practitioner called Stephens to confirm they had the medication she was requesting. They confirmed they did. I called as soon as I got in my car to tell them I was headed to them and it would be right at six before I would get there. The lady on the other end of the phone stated, we close at six, but if we know you are coming we don't mind to wait a few minutes for you. It was 6: 02 when I pulled into Stephens. Austin was waiting for me at the drive thru window. He completed my transaction and all was well. My son was able to get his antibiotic for his now fifth ear infection. Let's face it.kids never get sick at a convenient time. I can't say enough good about Stephen's Pharmacy. Absolutely love the staff here!

I showed up at 20 minutes before closing time and I was stressing about being able to pick up the medication for my son. They finally received my order from the doctor and were very prompt to tell me they didn't have that antibiotic. They quickly got on the phone with the doctors office to see what they could do to fill my order. The doctor sent over a new order for a different medication and they quickly filled it. I kept saying I felt bad for them staying late to fill my prescription and each of the staff members I encountered replied with: it really is no big deal. What wasn't a big deal to them, was a big deal to me! I love going into Stephen's pharmacy. Thank you Stephen's team for going above and beyond for my little guy.

Visiting Bolivar and so glad I chose to stop here while traveling. The pharmacists were incredibly patient and helpful to make sure I had the medications I needed!

Stayed late to fill a prescriptions for my son. They were the only pharmacy in town that could fill it due to a shortage and they stayed late to make sure he got it.

I thought after covid boosters you were suppose to be monitored for 15 to 30 minutes.but i live in a senior village.and we had a health event.we got our boosters today.and they were given by stephens/ cmh.and there was no monitor time.and now the reply comes that we were all told to remain and self monitor.the guy that gave me my booster said nothing.in fact said you are all done.so your reply is a lie.

Worst ever pharmacy I think I've ever been to in my 46 years of life Doctor called in a script on Friday here it is Monday they have no idea what script she called in and don't have it ready Make a poor cancer patient that's very ill and dying having to wait for his meds even longer

Horrible customer service. Employees are quite rude. Prescription is never ready when they say it will be & gets upset with you when you question why it isn't ready when THEY said it would be. Been using them ever since CMH & them merged & I'm glad I have different insurance now & this will be the final time I use them.

Every time I’ve been here in the last few months the staff has been super helpful. They really have their stuff together. Great management, great employees, great prices, great service. Highly recommend. This place does business very goodly.

I can not thank the staff at Stephens for taking such great care of my daughter for the last 6 years. Claire Bruce is the greatest she has went over and beyond may times to help fill my daughters insulins.

The pharmacy team here is top notch. They give 100% to make sure that you and your prescriptions are completed accurately and on time. Love my new home pharmacy!

They have a super cute gift shop now! Lots of unique gifts for spouses, grandparents and new parents.

Very friendly.prices are cheaper on all my medications.than anywhere else in bolivar.they used to deliver to my residents where I worked and was always wonderful

Effective but not as personable wyane is the only person i know. They really need training and hiring staff that neet the public well but amiss i think those days are gone. No hello how are you, how may i help you.i miss the former Stephens Pharmacy. I miss mike and all the old crew. The only reason i am giving them a try is becase Wayne is still there as for friendliness below average.

Great customer service. Dr sent refill for meds to Walmart instead of Stephens and employees helped me find where my prescription was. I'm done with Walmart, they charged me $64.for the same prescription that I had filled at Stephens for $15. I'm really thinking about changing all my prescriptions over to Stephens. Thank you guys

I love getting my medication at Stephens Pharmacy Ashley makes it so easy. She even called to make sure I received the automated text message to let me know my superscript was ready. Always has the time along with a positive attitude and a wonderful smile!
