All super nice! Explaining my situation and made the best of my tooth to be saved. Hopefully

Pros:
•Tara returned my calls promptly, answered all of my questions
•Got me in quickly
•Affordable. $70 up-front & they accepted Care Credit. (I can't take my pets to the vet for this. $20 for an ​x-ray is unheard of!)
•Friendly, professional staff.every one of them.
•Clean office & exam rooms (following Covid precautions, also)
•Dr. Steve Hernandez was polite, attentive, explained every step thoroughly, ensured adequate local anesthesia throughout procedure, gave me written & verbal post-procedure instructions. Encouraged me to call if any questions, concerns or problems controlling pain.
•El, the assistant was very friendly, professional, informative.
•I appreciated the respectful way that Dr. Hernandez spoke to me & to his assistant. (As it should be, but sadly isn't always the case in professional offices.)
•I understand that Dr. Hernandez also works in the Public Health sector, which exemplifies his commitment to serve an underserved population.

Cons:
•None!
I only wish that I could leave every healthcare appointment feeling this level of "CARE. " Thank You!

I was turned away by 4 other dentists when my implant fell out, but Dr. Johnson and Addison got me fixed up and on my way! I'm so grateful to them!

Getting dental work has always caused me so much anxiety! Dr. Finney and El were so good at their job, today was the first time in my life that I didn't experience any anxiety. I would highly recommend these guys

Going to the dentist is torture for meI cracked my molar tooth and wasn’t sure if I would lose it. However the dentist was able to save my tooth. He made sure I was comfortable along with the rest of the staff. They are my go to when I can’t get in with my dentist.

They were great even better then the last time I came in. If I had more teeth I wouldn't miss I'd come back so they can take them out lol.

If you have a tooth infection be prepared to be no antibiotics until you see a oral surgeon, didn’t about what pain you was in and just says go see a oral surgeon that’s his solution, don’t come here if you are trying to get help.

This place is amazing. My mom needed a quick tooth extraction. They were very nice and helpful. Will be back.

Highly recommended! My husband had a broken tooth and was in severe pain. They got us in ASAP and were so nice and understanding! Was definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive! Very clean and great customer service! Dentist was very knowledgeable and did great work! Highly suggest STL Urgent Dental for any of your dental needs.
