Stone Canyon Pizza Parkville

First time here. Amazing flavor and nice atmosphere! Upstairs is a nice, quaint eating area with a TV playing a good football game.

Best pizza and staff! I love this place! You will not be disappointed stopping here. I've eaten everything on the menu and it's all amazing!

In town for a 2-day meeting and a friend took me to the bar across the street from Stone Canyon (The Craic), but it was standing room only, so we decided to give Stone Canyon a try. The waitress was great and very accommodating in asking the kitchen questions when we asked for variations of menu items, such as a turkey Reuben and chicken parmigiana on a bed if lettuce instead of pasta. The food was good, but a little heavy. The Autumn Mule (Moscow Mule with apple cider and cinnamon) was awesome.

I ordered pizza online and the link to pick up location took me to Kanas City instead of Parkville. I am new to MO and didn’t know that it took me back to Kansas City!
When I addressed this to the staff on the phone, she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. What she said was just “okay, okay”. When I finally arrived at the right location and talked to the staff, she said that there is nothing that she could do and I was not the only one. So rude. So disappointed.

Great place to take the family or any group. Love the Grand Canyon pizza. Hope to try more in the future.

I've recently moved to the area and have been trying different pizza places trying to find a new regular. I was super excited to try Stone Canyon when I saw a Spinach Salad that had strawberries, goat cheese, and candied walnuts. It was almost the same as my wife's favorite Summerlin Salad that we used to get at our spot in Vegas before we moved. I ordered the salad and some pizza to go. When I got the food home I was extremely disappointed to see the salad was made with a spring mix with not a single leaf of spinach to be found. While the rest of the salad was as described in the menu, in order for a salad to be a spinach salad there is a certain titular ingredient required. ️

Great little place. Very nice inside, and the food is quite good. I love the cheese toast. Service is also good. Prices are reasonable.

My only complaint is the noise. It's so loud in there at dinner time that it really impairs your enjoyment of a meal with family and friends.

Haven't eaten at Stone canyon in a while. Was able to get table immediately. Food hot and fresh, we ordered sandwiches. Will return.

Truthfully! The Pizza is bland in flavor and not tasty as mentioned in many of the reviews. I believe the reviews are from people that know the owner of this establishment/restaurant. Please serve fresh food to every Customer whose paying to eat the Pizza, appetizers etc.at this establishment. Seeing Pre-Made Holes in the crust is not an original Pizza! Its Overpriced Pizza and the frozen appetizers taste frozen from the local grocery store freezer section! We relocated here recently. We decided to give this place a try based on the reviews (We found them to be misleading). We ordered the buffalo chicken bites and they tasted like they came from the frozen section at the grocery store and were dropped in a fryer of over used/old frying oil. We also ordered the Grand Canyon Pizza it was slathered with pizza sauce (tomato sauce) where we couldn’t even taste the remaining Ingredients included on the pizza due to the overwhelming amount of Pizza Sauce (Tomato Sauce). Gave this place two stars because the lady that took our order was super sweet and courteous. My suggestion, change the oil and ease up on the pizza sauce to at least give the customer the full experience of fresh tasting food. We are not sure if these reviews are accurate, however, if you order a Pizza or appetizer from this restaurant beware if you prefer fresh food, good flavor and clean oil. This is my honest experience, serve customers with the quality they pay for their food.

Great sandwiches. Both sandwiches we ordered were super good. Sides and desserts were also yummy. Great service too.

Fast service, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food. Pretzel was warm and buttery, crispy outside and soft inside. Honey jack pizza with the cauliflower crust was equally delicious, piping hot with a crispy thin crust. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.

We had family fall pics done at the park and we remembered seeing an AMAZING pizza place on the news awhile back. Digging in a little we found this place and called ahead since we were a group of 11. They took our information and said shouldn't be much of a wait. Checked in when we arrived and wait wasn't bad we waited outside and took in downtown. Friendly staff, great food and fantastic prices. Pizza was perfect!

Stone Canyon is always a solid choice for dining out. The pizza is excellent, and the rest of the menu is too. This location's atmosphere is nicer than their Gladstone location too, although it is a little more cramped for space. We received excellent service during our last visit as well. No complaints! And if you aren't sure what to order, the Honey Jack plus cream cheese is pretty amazing.

I've been eating there for years and never got a bad meal yet and the price is quite reasonable and the portions are more than I can eat

Darn good pizza all around, but it really shines when reheated.
Unlike most where the crust dries out, or cheese doesn't melt this pizza almost gets better after a reheat!
Ate the whole darn pie, half lunch, half dinner because it was that good.

We've eaten at Stone Canyon many times when in Parkville. Always our choice over the other restaurants because they have such a large variety of choices.
Always pleased with the food and the service!

Pretty amazing! And the stone canyon choice pizza was perfection or immaculate take your pick!
