Stone Castle Hotel and Conference Center reviews
16People I've heard are reading this place high. I would suggest everyone look at my photos then you will be able to tell for yourself.
My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks on vacation. If we could give them 10 stars we would. We can't figure out why this place is only a 2 star hotel. It is a very beautiful place, all of the staff are very nice and helpful especially Travis who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. If Travis saw us he would always make time to stop and ask if everything was going good and if we needed anything. They have 2 pools and hot tubs which are very clean and nice. Our room was absolutely perfect which was the Native American room and they have a buffet breakfast which is really good a definitely the best we have ever seen in a hotel. We will definitely stay here again without a doubt. Thank you Stone castle for making our vacation so comfortable and enjoyable.
Enjoyed a nice room and accomodating staff, plus a good breakfast.
Thanks for making my 67th birthday special!
We are here on black friday and I did a lot of hotel research. I noticed that most places prices went up by $200 because we were here during a busy time. This hotels prices were still reasonable but I was a little skeptical. My husband is very much a critic but we booked despite it being a 2 star hotel. It's very nicely kept, the rooms a bit outdated, but thought they were keeping with the castle look. There's pools and hot tubs in building 2 and 3, it's right off the main strip, but not so close that it's chaotic. We have a 6 and 4 year old that enjoyed the pool. The arcade wasn't much and we lost money on broken machines but not complaining because we just wanted a comfortable place to stay while we explored the city. Highly recommend.
This place is awesome! We enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean. The breakfast was the best full breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. They had; scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, oatmeal, cereal, and all the drinks.
I liked the hotel but not the cleanliness and because of this I won't be back. This was our bathroom floor when we arrived and the shower curtain and mini fridge were dirty too.
My boyfriend and I thought this place was decent, but we probably would not return. The breakfast was hot and tasted good, but when we arrived we didn't have a comforter on our bed and the hotel didn't have one to give us. We slept with wool blankets that a cleaning lady brought to us. However, the room was otherwise spotless, and we had plenty of fresh towels for a shower.
Clean, Comfortable & reasonable. Located close to all attractions without being on the busy strip. Would stay here again if traveling in the area.
This is the only place I have ever rebooked another stay. And I will again. Very clean very quite easy parking, breakfast is Free so its good LOL! Check in smooth and fast. Have not had any issues here. Already looking at 2022 bookings.
The rooms were very nice and clean. We were there with the 42nd MP group. The breakfast was very good each day. However, the buffet dinner for the 42nd MP group was not worth the $40. Although, the food in the buffet was really good. We will definitely visit again.
Fantastic breakfast! Nice pool with a bubbly hot tub. The video arcade has many games, including motorcycles and guitar hero.
This hotel is a little off the beaten path, but still not far from anywhere you want to be in Branson. Let's face it, all of Branson is hilly, and the parking lot for this hotel is no different. A large bus actually got stuck in the parking lot during our stay, but I digress. The hotel is welcoming and had 3 different buildings with rooms to stay in. It offers an indoor pool as well as breakfast in building #2. The parking closest to the buildings fills up fast so just be aware and plan for that. Building #3 has a stair walkway to additional parking. I assume the other two buildings do as well, I just forgot to look. Luggage carts are available to assist with moving your things in and out of the building, but if it is a busy weekend you may have to wait a few minutes to use one. The rooms were a little bit of a trade off. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I had slept in in a while. There was no "hump" in the middle from which two people sleeping in the bed all of the time had made the center a high point. As a single sleeper that was nice for a change. HOWEVER, the bathrooms, well the shower and toilet area, I have been in elevators bigger than that space. The sink is outside that area so its nice to be able to get ready while someone else is showering, there just isn't much room in with the shower and the toilet. The door barely clears the toilet. The rooms have a coffee maker and ice bucket. Some oversized furniture and a smaller TV. The heat / AC unit when the fan is running makes the curtains flow outward trapping all of the heat or air at the window. We had to tuck the curtains into the window sill to "keep the capes from flying". Overall a nice place to stay, just a couple of quirks here and there.
Bathroom had hole in wall, look like mold above curtain, the breakfast could've been wiped down and been tended to better people slopped gravy all over and pieces of biscuit dropped in gravy where someone wasn't watching what they were doing. Trash cans were overflowing.room 3126
Infested with bed bugs and we were kicked out for bringing it up! I'm very upset with this place!
The rooms are very small and cluttered I was expecting according to your website pictures a lot more out of a hotel. The rooms on the website look a lot more spacious and welcoming
Small rooms, uncomfortable beds, small pools, poor parking. Dated, poor maintenance, smoke detector went off every time I used the hairdryer, even in different room. Lots of "senior conventions" with really bad singing.
Spend another $20 and stay at the Hampton!
