StoneBridge Resort Branson, Branson West MO

This place has it all! The Grille has the most awesome food and GIANT portions. We had 2 meals from each of them we ordered. The meatloaf dinner was great and the prime rib-SUPER! We played pickle ball every day, enjoyed our cabin we rented, and took in some nearby Branson shows. Wonderful location and amenities!

Nice place but beware! There are two different companies that charge you. Amenities are not free. You are charged $5 per night for parking & in my case nothing was written or explained. They did not do the right thing when they couldn’t find they put nothing in writing for additional fees.

Will not stay here again. Rented a 1 bedroom deluxe condo. Upon entering it smelled dusty, tile floors had not been mopped in ages, dust bunnies on tv stand, stove was greasy. Found previous occupant’s prescription pills on the dining room floor which confirms the floor hadn’t been cleaned. Wore my sandals the entire time because the carpet looked dirty and was stained. Couch was dirty and worn out. Oh and there was no view because the unit was a lower level, basement type. Very disappointed!

Love the location! Just outside of Branson Mo! Would recommend this location to any family wanting to check out Silver Dollar City or the Branson Area! People are absolutely fantastic!

Amazing location (super close to Silver Dollar City) and the pool is fun (closes at 8PM though). The room itself was very dirty (dishes not clean, toilet not cleaned). Had to go to Walmart to get Lysol wipes and spray to clean it. Management was nice but unfortunately not on top of the facilities like you’d expect.

There was not much to see or do. Pictures on website were deceptive. Fitness room had no weight equipment. I was chased off from tennis courts by security well before closing time. I would not reccomend staying here. There are not many shows in the Branson area. No tour buses go through any more. There are a few nice things to do, but everything is quite expensive. The area sales tax is also quite high.

The only reason why I gave a 4star for the rooms, was because the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the fan in the living room was squeaky when we turned it on.
As far as the location why we put a 4star, is because it's a 15min commute to the strip. But we loved that it was far enough and quiet.
The service was a 5star! The manager went above and beyond getting us show tickets and attractions. As far as the shows we always got great seats. And for the attractions, he physically ran out our vouchers to us when we were at the Toy Museum. I would've rated this a 10star, but they don't have that option on here. Garbage was picked up promptly. The grounds were very well kept up on, and the community pool was kept up on well too. Over all people were super friendly.

I was very disappointed with this place. First the location was fantastic as was the view from the back porch. A lovely lake to walk around every day. The people of Branson are nice and friendly. All that being said the cabin was filthy. The floors and counters were sticky and gross. I dont believe the bedsheets had been washed. It seemed they simply remade the beds without putting new sheets on them first. The sinks needed to be better cleaned. The worst part was the furniture in the living room was just horrible. After cleaning for over 3 hours I sat down on the couch and was covered in long dog hair and small balls of white fuzz or something like it. There was glitter all over the furniture in the kitchen and the floor. I never worked so hard to clean anything in my life. In the end I had to go to the local Walmart to purchase blankets for the furniture in the living room so we didn't feel like we needed a shower every time we sat on this furniture. I sent a text to the person who rented the cabin to us. It took him over 12 hours to get back to me. In the end his response made me feel as if I was being difficult and whiny. I will never rent anything from this company again. We are planning another trip to branson but it will be with a different rental company. Can NOT recommend this place.
