Storage Masters - Chesterfield

We have been doing business with Storage Masters for over two years and the best thing about this company is its employee Mike. Anytime there’s been a problem he’s always been there for us. He’s even gone out of his way to call and contact us about things we needed to know. Mike is a very professional, courteous, thoughtful and helpful man. Mike would be an asset to any company.

I can’t say enough positive things about my rental experience with Mike at Storage Madters. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming hello and what can we do for you. Mike anticipated many of my questions and answered those I brought with me. He is organized, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all professional. The main office and storage facility itself are pristine and well kept. They offer a discount on all of their packing materials which makes purchasing directly from Storage Masters a better buy than some of the other big box stores. Finally, they offer complimentary cold bottled waters, coffee and snacks. I highly recommend Storage Masters and Mike will be right there to serve you.

The Manager, Mike was incredibly helpful and informative. He offered up meaning suggestions and was fantastic. I cannot imagine going anyway else for our storage needs!

We've used Storage Masters several times over the last 2 years and have been very pleased. The manager Mike is friendly, efficient and excellent at customer service. The units are clean and the spaces are well climate controlled. Access is straight forward.

Mike is the best person to work with! I've used Storage Masters twice now for my storage needs, and Mike truly makes you feel like family. I was going through a really hard time and needed a unit fast, and he worked with me to get something squared away fast - which relieved so much stress for me. Mike made everything so easy and I was able to even get a moving truck for cheap from them to help. Everything was seriously seamless.

Mike Scott was a huge help. Patient in describing the process and walking me through the different storage rooms.

I rented a 10 x 5 unit. The process went super smooth. Mike walked me through the whole process of renting and made it easy and nonstressful. He showed me around the storage facility-how to use the passcode for the gate, how to get into the unit, etc. The unit is spotless and so is the entire facility. I highly recommend using this storage center.
