The place is been great except for the only thing I don’t like about it is it is very tight quarters and very hard to get a truck or a trailer into a load very small area and the main thing about me going to the storage unit it was very reasonably priced for the size of unit and unfortunately not even two months after I’m there they my monthly rate by $20 and now they are telling me they will no longer accept cash payments and I deal with a lot of cash and do not like the fact that I don’t have that option anymore. Will be moving soon.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. And while I wish I had the time and space to tell everything that transpired between myself and the property manager the fact is I simply don't. All that I'm going to say is beware of what your getting yourself in to when renting from them. If being treated like a deadbeat or being given incorrect information on multiple occasions. Along with dealing with a property manager who calls you aggressive when she is the that interrupts or talks over you while you're speaking and makes false claims about her own actions and can't do simple math then this place is exactly what you're looking for. If you're looking for a storage facility that will treat you with dignity and respect after you've even admitted to it being your own fault you fell behind on your payments. Or a company that will actually work with you on a payment arrangement like they said they would then I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Oh, and don't bother having a conversation with the regional manager about your experience because he as well will talk down to you, make excuses for his employees mistakes and back up his employees unprofessional behavior. And when you ask him to have some understanding with the fact that you work overnight and therefore requested to be contacted at specific times of the day because you're sleeping otherwise, he'll tell you that your work schedule is not his problem.
