What an incredible company that truly understands customer service. We went in today with an oddball project. We're in the process of replacing the carpet in the slide in our RV. We walked in and we're met immediately by a warm, friendly lady that actually LISTENED to our needs. We wanted a durable carpet cut in the same exact size as the carpet we pulled out, wanted it to match the design of the tile we'll also be using, and wanted it bound.
She led us right to the perfect carpet. And it was even a remnant that will work beautifully. She quoted us a great price and will have the piece ready in a couple of short days.
