They arrived the same day as calling them & zeroed in on the problem (septic pump lockup). Can't ask for anything more than that. I might add that they cross-referenced the pump even though it was made in 2001.

This is Jason, owner of Straight Flush Plumbing. I'd like to respond to the poor review "Amy" provided. This review is a pure lie. We installed a water softener many years prior at "Amy's" home. Amy was not our original customer and we did not contract with her. The softener was installed correctly and operated exactly as it was supposed to perform for years! Again, it worked for YEARS! The home changed ownership and a third party service company was engaged by Amy, who with self interest in pushing their products, criticized our installation, I believe, in the hopes of Amy contracting with him for a newer system. Straight Flush Plumbing guarantees our work for one year, which is a standard custom and practice for all service related fields. Our work had been conducted years ago, and is no longer under warranty. Amy, unfortunately and unreasonably wanted our company to pay for the third party's system, which I assume is around $3,000, since that is what she falsely claims we charged her. When confronted with the realty of her demands, she threatened to defame our company, and this review by her is that defamation. I wish there was a better way of removing false reviews such as Amy's, but I assure you, we stand by our work, and if you read the other reviews, beyond Amy's, you will find, we take pride in being a local company that puts our customers first.

New customer. Called on a beautiful Fall Friday after 1 pm and receptionist was extremely helpful and said she would call the guys right away. They showed up in minutes and had me all fixed within an hour. While it was our first experience with Straight Flush, it sure won't be our last. Very impressive in every way!

Straight flush did work for my grandmother a few years ago. He was to plumb the house to be able to add a water softener unit. Come to find out the work was not done properly, my father has been trying to get in touch with him to look at the issue so it can be resolved. 2 messages have been left over the last 2 weeks, and no one has called to even schedule an appointment. So the water softener now sits not working after spending $3,000.00. Evidently, this company does not stand behind their work.

They did a great job fixing all of our plumbing woes inside our condo. They were very responsive and worked with us while we live out of town. Will use again.

Elijah and Eric were very prompt, knew what problems I had and were very professional in there repair work. They replaced my main shutoff valve and removed a bad anode rod in my water heater. I will use Straight Flush again if needed.
