They help so many people it's just amazing, it's such a great thing that they do for families, and they jump right in to help people from disasters, fire victims, etc.
The people are wonderful.

Went to try to get some assistance from this Church for food. They were very unprofessional and treated us in a very degrading manner! The lady that took our information was not helpful, compassionate or could even look us in the eye! This is not something we as a couple wanted to do as to look for help with food, as our economy has skyrocketed and we are coming short in so many ways. We thought that this house of the Lord would not turn us away.but they did and we are not sure that this is a house of the Lord!
The people who are running this program need to be investigated and judged.if not by authorities. Then by GOD!
SHAME ON ALL OF THOSE IN THIS CHURCH THAT RUN THIS PROGRAM!

They're a church that's supposed to help, not judge, be rude, and unfriendly. We went here for their pantry, and saw all the food they have to give, and was turned away.we were told to go up front for resources, when we were greeted up front she told us to take a seat and were bombarded with questions like, "are you a member, what's your social security number? " she asked an obviously Vulnerable person if they're desperate. If we weren't we wouldn't be there. So it seems like if catholics aren't profiting from you they'll sell your information claiming they're helping you. I'm just disappointed with how we were treated and I don't think they're there for the community.

DO NOT SEEK HELP FROM THESE PEOPLE. We are living in a extremely harsh world right now and asking for help is scary. I reached out to this “church” if you want to even call them that and asked for help. I’d love to know what god these people worship because upon arriving for help after already calling and asking for information I was turned away because I was a few minutes past closing. This man opened the door and said “if you need help that bad go talk to the receptionist” I was extremely thrown off by how harsh he was treating me but still went inside to speak to the receptionist.

She appeared friendly for a moment asking what I needed help with and the moment I told her I needed help with food and was hoping to get a pick up everything changed. Her tone, body language and everything changed. She assertively stated no and started talking to someone else waiting and then randomly turned back and said “I think I can get you something”. I was feeling extremely vulnerable already being there asking for help. She opened the window back up and spat the following phrase in disgust “so are you desperate for food? ” I started crying and she shoved a paper at me saying in order to get help from them they’d have to build a profile on me and wouldn’t help me without my social security card. I was in such shook… I said I’d be willing to give my drivers license cause I understand the need to identify and such but asking for my SSN is extremely strange.

I don’t understand why I was treated this way and felt like I was profiled in some way upon asking about food. She treated me like I was asking for drugs or something. Why do you have an “outreach service” if you’re going to get aggressive with people asking for help!?
